Tessica Brown earned national notoriety for coating her hair with Gorilla Glue spray after running out of hairspray. She tried washing it out with oils and shampoo and even went to the emergency room, but nothing worked. Her pleas for help went viral on TikTok. That’s when Beverly Hills plastic surgeon Dr. Michael Obeng stepped in to help. Brown flew from her home in Louisiana to Los Angeles, where she underwent a procedure to dissolve the glue under light anesthesia. #InsideEdition

@ericchi 。 still, no excuse. When you're about to use a new product, who doesn't read the label? A glue that used to bond glass wood etc together doesn't sound like it should go in your hair. And on top of that, this stuff is found in hardware stores never in the beauty or haircare isles of any store. Where's the common sense? And I know she didn't mistake it for gorilla snot (gel) either because even gorilla snot is actually in the haircare section.

Nowhere on the bottle does it mention it is for hair and that isn’t a red flag? People actually donated to a 40 year old adult who either made one of the dumbest mistakes, or did it with the intent to gain fame. The internet made someone famous...because she put gorilla glue in her hair. 2021 is going to be fun I can tell.
