Beautiful truck! I live in northern Ohio and you just don't see these late 70's trucks without rust all over them or full of bondo. I love the chocolate brown with tan interior too! I love watching your videos Nick, thank-you!

Sweet ride😎👍 The grille is off of a 1980 model. Those generation Chev & GMC fullsize pickups & SUVs were produced from 1973 - 1991 except the half ton & three quarter ton regular cab pickups were finished in 1987 & the one ton regular cab pickups were finished in 1989. 1979 was the first year for the gas filler doors.

My pop pop had a mid 70s c10 custom deluxe long bed in brown. Seeing this video brings back great memories being in his c10 n goin fishing and hanging with an awesome man that I miss very much. This truck sounds alot meaner than his tho haha sounds sweet! Thx for posting this

Well Nick? It's first has to have a blower motor in order for it to work 😆 color looks really good on that truck, just the right amount of chrome, not overly done, and I think that's the last year for the round headlights 👍

1980 was the last year for round headlights & also the first year for square headlights. The square headlights came standard on models with the Silverado & Sierra Classic trim levels & optional on models with the other trim levels.

the fact that it is not perfect makes it perfect. Don't like them lowered like that but other than that a nice truck. My first ride was a 79 long box. Same sorta colour.

Another cool truck love the square body's, sure it needs some things fixed, so many people have owned this truck and over the last 40 something years its gonna have issues, that's why it's not $40 or 50 grand to buy. It's priced fairly for what it's presented at. The days of picking up one of these for 5 to 10 grand is slim and far away for these cars and trucks.
