Test Panasonic HC-X1, the best for prosumer ? 

Bonjour, Pour répondre à votre question, l'interne est suffisant mais tout dépend de la situation de prise de vues. Pour information, nous publions de longs tests avec notamment un chapitre "audio" où vous trouverez le détail des fonctions audio du camescope et un fichier audio brut pour juger par vous-même. Le test nécessite un accès Premium. 1 an ou à l'unité. Merci :)

Bonjour, pour vous répondre, pouvez-vous être un peu plus explicite 1) fonction zoom rapide activée ou pas ? 2) Faites-vous référence à notre vidéo, dans ce cas à quel time-code ? 3) "à une vitesse moins rapide", c'est à dire moins rapide que quoi ?

@@philippon11 c est pas compliqué, ont entends bien pfffrr pfffrrrr,dans votre vidéo,en zoomant ya du bruit.vous êtes malentant?je ne vis pas acheté une camera bruyante au zoom 20fois.o. entends ce bruit à 1 minute 57 sur le zoom rapide, pisé de vue sur le château.

I have both the HC-X1 and GH5 with Metabones 0.64x booster and Sigma 18-35 F1.8 + a lot of other gear. I must say I still tend to carry the X1 with me just because it's much easier to get good shots although I ofcourse like the image of the GH5 more. But the X1 is very good as well, simply a bit more documentary style while the GH5 is Cinematic. The X1 is very easy to handle and delivers the quality you need, almost always. I find it a little hard to hand hold steadily in 4K if I need to walk or move around. The GH5 is even easier to hand film in 4K since it's heavier with the Sigma and the Metabones together. At least it feels like heavier. I use the GH5 also on a gimbal since the X1 won't fit into Ronin.

I bought the HCX1 finally, and I'm very very happy!!. It's a really good camcorder!!! Your video was a very good example of the capacities of this machine!!! Thank you for your videos! Best wishes!

Do you guys have any wildlife videos that I could look at. I have the Gh5 but I'm filming hunting episodes and I keep having to change lenses which is not ideal.

Hi Alex, I used several cards : Lexar SDXC II U3 (150 Mb/s) and Transcend SDXC I (30 Mb/s). Don't forget, I test.

SDXC at least v60, better with v90

Gary, yes of course, I didn't use an external microphone. That was a rough test with the "naked" HC-X1.

What does it mean, "best" camera ? The best for you is'nt necessary the best for one another guy. It depends on the functions you prefer and what is your level.

Should I get a Honda Civic or a Toyota Tacoma? The DSLRs have far too many cumbersome menus to achieve the same result, neither are DSLR run and gun for capturing those magic moments. Love my G4 and Nocticron lens, however, shooting video is always a far more tedious process. Both have a place. BTW, the HCX1 is very light!
