I passed my exam this morning 03/01/2024. I could not have done it without Mr. Goforth’s videos. Especially the practice questions. They are very similar to the test and a giant help. Memorize and understand his practice questions it will take you a long way.
Jonathan I watch many of your videos in preparation for my real estate exam. It definitely helps to listen to your videos while I was driving in the car when I didn't have the time to study. As you say in your videos I'm coming back to let you know that last night I passed my both National and state exam for Pennsylvania! Thank you again for all of your videos. Can I make a video suggestion now that I've passed the schooling and the exam I could use some videos on homes. Different styles different types names of attributes of the homes things like that how can I show a house and describe the things about it if I know nothing about a houses. Just a request.
