I just passed my national test today. Thanks so much for your teaching and breakdowns that's what really helped me. I failed my state test so I'm not done just yet. Yayaa
Came back to say that I passed my Louisiana Real Estate exam first try!! Super thankful for your videos, I listened to them while doing things around the house and they helped me so much!
Hey Jonathan! I love your videos on how to pass the real estate exam. But I was wondering if you had any material on the Missouri state law test. You have plenty of material when it comes to the national but I could really use some help with the state part.
I am writing to express my gratitude for your assistance in preparing me for the recent examination, which I am pleased to inform you I passed. I am excited to embark on my career in real estate, and I am grateful for the valuable support your videos provided in my studies. 🙏🏼
Hi Jonathan, Thank you for sharing your expertise with us. I’m beginning my 75-hour real estate course in North Carolina tomorrow and have already independently progressed to chapter four. I’m thrilled to embark on this exciting journey and explore the incredible opportunities that real estate has to offer🙏🏡🍾🏆.
I have a question - anyone in here is from Pennsyvania? , could you please share the information about how / where did you take the exams, is it a strong necessarily to go through ProctorU / Pearson for exams, I can't avoid them and go to the testing facility to take the state exam? Thank you very much in advance !
What you might do is call your 2 largest real estate brokerages close to you. Ask the front desk there where they suggest you go take the exam. See what advice they have as to where you should go take the exam.
On 9/17/24 which was two days ago I finally passed my exam on the 5th try😅🎉. I watched this video the night before for the billionth time. Thank so so so much for your content. I really appreciate you. Don’t give up guys!!!
