debating purchasing the 2016 "special edition" or holding out for what's to come, not crazy about purchasing a first model year though. The upgrades to the 2016 SE. are impressive.
the pure sport sxs is getn crazy good! i agree w this comparison 100%. some of the new hyper sxs r just getn nutty while this is still a great machine, its just not in the others turbo category. the the yamaha is sweet n the one id choose, but man its but ugly lol! reminds me of the gremlins!
+Steven Holmes 90 hp is not exactly "underpowered". This will probably still easily top 70 mph. It just won't win a drag race against the Rzr 1000. The suspension travel is unreal. The real selling point of this machine will be price. If it comes in at or below the price of the non-turbo 1000 machines, it will still be a competitive ride. From what I've seen so far, the YXZ 1000 can't hang with the turbo 1000's either. Its power is comparable to the non-turbo models.
+Greg Rowe They also need to put this 1000cc engine in the 60" Sport model. It wouldn't be underpowered then compared to the slightly detuned 1000cc 60" Maverick and Rzr S
i know the rollcage safed a lot people in the ACs !- and if you put in a good harness your really on the safe side- i ride also motorcycles but the sxs are MUCH safer!
