Testimony out of the occult/new age  

3 months ago I renounced and walked away from Shamanism. I was a Practitioner for 16 years and the last 3 I was a Lead Teacher and Head Practitioner at a Shamanic Spiritual Center and yes, the warfare is very, VERY REAL. Its all just been so much everything. 48 now and have no idea yet where God will be leading me because I left my career and the thing that I thought I would be doing till the day I die. Its heavy on the heart sometimes because 16 yrs is nothing to sneeze at, it was a huge chunk of my life and now it feels like I just got out of a very long relationship after finding out I was cheated on the whole time lol Im glad you are making videos. Its important for the kingdom ❤ I'll be doing the same when the time is right according to God 😊

Thank you so much for sharing this. I was saved about a month ago. The new age had me stuck in a relationship with a demon who nearly destroyed my life and my family, my finances.. because I believed he was my twin flame, divine counterpart from past lives 😩 Now I am putting on the armour of god while my whole life is being cleansed and satan tries to get back in. I’ve lost so much weight, I was already skinny! And the fear and anxiety is intense but all I have to do is think of Jesus, our Lord and Saviour. I love Jesus so much! My weakness has always been the happy ever after. My husband died in a car crash 12 years ago and I have 2 teenage children who my latest narc ex partner tried to turn me against. The only man I can ever trust or need is Jesus Christ. He has filled the hole in my heart 🙏❤️

OK, so I feel I needed to hear your story, I didn't even click on your video, it just started playing! So I watched and you were talking about how the algorithm changed to Jesus type things and that's when I really paid attention because that's happening for me! I am a new age person, story very similar to yours but just these last few months, things are happening that I am having a tough time getting my head around and it all started with a dream...... I was being attacked by a Demonic force who was trying to take me, all of a sudden I started singing the 23rd psalm!! Really loudly and I knew every word which shocked me because I didn't know I knew that as I'm not religious and I don't go to church! I had two more very similar dreams and each time I sang the 23rd psalm and it worked each time! So, today little by little I'm feeling drawn to jesus and his name (like you, before I grimmaced if his name was mentioned) now though I can say his name and I feel like I am coming home. I am not resonating with the Tarot or astrology any moreover, I'm feeling distaste. I've just very recently anointed my home and I never thought I would do that! I’m under witchcraft attack by a coworker and she open a portal through the mirror and demons started attacking me my warfare was heavy and I kept Rebuking them in Jesus name they left I still have more demons in my room now I am pregnant and under heavy warfare. He looked in the camera and said the only way to God is through Jesus and I was blown away in that moment the brain washing was lifted and I knew the truth. I was also deep into the new age cult and I didn't know how demonic that world was until out of the blue, I came accross videos like yours and it was like a veil fell off my eyes! I've never looked back since then. It's not an easy journey since I'm loosing friends that are still in the new age and it also takes time to de-program yourself from years of new age indoctrination but I'm happy because I feel that God has my back during this process. Keep it up. I went through the same. Everytime they attack: Pray and read the Bible and rebuke. Don't fret, just get closer to Jesus. If you are being kept awake: Say: you know what, you can have it: I'll read the Bible right now. It gets better over time. Expect a year to slowly remove all the tentacles. Much prayer. Meditation on The Word. And very important: practice forgiveness and praise The Lord. Imagine being covered in His Holy Blood. You are protected. One of the most powerful Psalms for this warfare is Psalm 91. It's the protecting angel of Our Lord, not named but probably St. Michael. May God keep blessing you!

One thing that struck me from your testimony is that it sounds like the fear of God is what really shook you, not the love of God. I think this is so important and so overlooked in Christianity today. We must get back to preaching a balanced message of the fear of God and the love of God. The Bible declares that the fear of the LORD (not the love of the LORD) is the beginning of wisdom. The message of love that was displayed on the cross can only be fully understood once we understand that God is angry with the wicked (sinners) everyday. When we lack the fear of the LORD, we lack respect for the Creator of everything seen and unseen. When we lack respect, we fall into disobedience. When we disobey, we open ourselves up to evil. When we open ourselves up to evil, our lives fall apart. So happy you made it home and I rejoice with the angels over your salvation.

Amen sisterrrr! I was watching a sermon and I heard the Holy Spirit tell me to exit out and go to the first testimony on my home page. It was yours! I am so thankful I was drawn here. It really helps me understand more of what happened to me, although I wasn't actually practicing new age too much compared to where you came from I definitely dabbled into it. I feel like the demons were trying to lure me in (I full heartedly believe my grandparents prayers protected me from a lot of stuff) the occult/spiritual realm was always something I was drawn to. I went under spiritual attack a year ago and ended up in the psych hospital for a couple weeks. I was so confused what was happening in the moment but like you said in your testimony, I had no idea that I could just call out to Jesus and it would've all stopped! It's too long to go into, but since then my life has dramatically changed I repented from all of my sin and I pick up my cross daily to follow Him. Praise God for leaving the 99 to save 1, a wretched like me! 🙌🏻✨

Manifesting works….at first. Then it starts to fade off. And when it’s starts to not work anymore, it’s because the devil says “It’s time to pay up.” You can’t expect to keep getting it all for free.

I am coming out now. Bought after 10 years. I was into Kaballah Magick. I just became a selfish person. And realized I lost all of my friends important family members and did not become a good person. Tye Holy Spirit is filling my heart now. Through away all the boos and tarot cards. I had begun through yoga and mainly stayed with meditation and yoga. Some reiki I had done and singing bowls etc. got into chakras and ayruvedic. All felt fine. One time in a guided meditation I felt something floating above me and breathing in tandem but slightly off center to me. And one time a heaviness over my eyes. I was raised in a faith based household and had and continue to follow Jesus but for awhile I did both. Now I believe that presence was not a guardian angel but likely something dark. As I’ve drawn closer to God I’ve drawn away from new age. When I was into it was when I prayed and attended church less and more open to more things with less conscience. Thank you so much for sharing. It’s very real. We serve only one. We cannot serve both. Saran is deceptive in that he will fool you into believing that we can choose our own service but knowing about Jesus does not mean we serve Him. True love is not bringing Him into dark places he detests. I used to dance at bars and be more casual sexually and I’ve put that all away. I want to honor what God has revealed to me, and keep Him far from those evil places.

This was one of the testimonies that I’ve watched days before leaving the new age and closing my new age business for Jesus Christ! It will keep getting better, the sanctification journey is just beginning but the acute spiritual warfare will pass. I have a similar new age to Jesus experience 3 years ago this month. I also had a bunch of weird things happen regarding various celebrities but especially Beyoncé lol. It’s been the craziest journey but everything has come together and I can see how God used everything to teach me things I needed to know to fulfill my purpose. It’s so fun walking with Jesus. If you come under condemnation or fear know that isn’t of God. He has done deep healing in my life that I never thought possible. You are saved and sealed, He will keep you, His faithfulness will remain and He will never leave or forsake you ❤🙏

Thank you for this! I recognize myself in what you say, I left the New Age in April last year, and was baptized in September. I had been doing Ayahuasca and mushrooms for several years at that point, and was even hosting "healing retreats"; I quit cold turkey last April. Looking back, I practiced manifesting, but it never worked for me. I was always skeptical about it, and found it silly, and I had been burned by MLMs/pyramid schemes and fraudsters in the New Age, so I got into content on RU-vid about MLM horror stories, and RU-vid suggested stories debunking the Law of Attraction and New Age. Man, I was TRIGGERED by those videos, to say the least. I was finally manifesting, just not money, lol. 😂 Especially because some of these videos were by Christians who said that Jesus is God and the only way to salvation. I was extremely bothered and upset by this, and I ranted and raved to my roommate at the time. This was in 2021. I told my roommate that "sometimes I wonder whether Christians are actually right and I'm heading down the wrong path". I quickly buried those thoughts and moved on, but the seeds were planted. That's why your testimony is so important. I actually made a playlist on my channel where I collected this kind of testimonies, I think there's over 300 by now by people of all walks of life coming to Christ (feel free to check it out, maybe even share). The Lord has showed me that it's not my time yet to make a testimony video/post, but I'd be happy to talk about it if someone asks, because it's a long one. In a nutshell, though, despite the hamsterwheel of psychedelics and meditation and the sinkhole of money that is New Age "healing modalities", I was having existential anxiety and panic attacks nightly and was afraid to fall asleep because I feared that I might not wake up, and possibly be rejected by God. I wasn't Christian, I wasn't a believer in Jesus, I had never even read/heard the Gospel at that point, but I had this deep terror that I was headed down the wrong path. Jesus gave me peace, though. Glory to God! Anyway, I just wanted to chime in with my experience and to thank you for the good work that you're doing! Keep it up! 🙏❤

Thanks so much for sharing your testimony! So many Bible verses were coming to mind as you shared different parts of your story. You talked multiple times about feeling like you were under a spell, and ‭2 Corinthians 4:4-6 says, "In their case the god of this world has blinded the minds of the unbelievers, to keep them from seeing the light of the gospel of the glory of Christ, who is the image of God. For what we proclaim is not ourselves, but Jesus Christ as Lord, with ourselves as your servants for Jesus’ sake. For God, who said, 'Let light shine out of darkness,' has shone in our hearts to give the light of the knowledge of the glory of God in the face of Jesus Christ." Praise the Lord that He healed your blindness and gave you the light of the knowledge of the glory of God in the face of Jesus Christ! Also, as you continue to go through spiritual warfare, I want to encourage you with these verses from Ephesians... ‭Ephesians 6:12 "For we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the cosmic powers over this present darkness, against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly places." ‭Ephesians 1:20-22 "... he (God the Father) raised him (Christ) from the dead and seated him at his right hand in the heavenly places, far above all rule and authority and power and dominion, and above every name that is named, not only in this age but also in the one to come. And he put all things under his feet..." ‭Ephesians 2:6 "...and raised us up with him and seated us with him in the heavenly places in Christ Jesus..." You never have anything to fear from Satan and his demons again because God has raised you up to be seated with Christ far above every spiritual ruler, authority, power, or dominion. Also one final encouragement, when you are tempted to fear, "‭God gave us a spirit not of fear but of power and love and self-control." 2 Timothy 1:7

Ive been sharing your testimony a lot. It’s very good and helpful. I also have a shofar. I pray and blow it. I take communion frequently. I have intercessory prayer with others. Corporate prayer is powerfully. One of our intercessors had a demon manifest at the foot of her bed a few weeks ago. She used the Name of Jesus and it left. We all prayed over her. She walked around her property and prayed and covered the place in the blood of Jesus. We must pray over our neighborhoods and communities.

Thank you, same here, spent over 10 years into new age , WHILE LIVING IN THE CITIES, can't stretch enough this aspect that i share with those visiting us here on the hill, rural România, don't know how it really works this transition for all of you that moved from new age to Jesus, as you put it, since ,in my view, religions have served the same purpose, to manipulate, control masses, hope it is the right choice, for me it occured that nature visits eventually pulled me down to Earth, grounded me , helped me see more clearly through these sort of airy thoughts , new age bubbles, as i call it, and not only of new age type, also of political, economical, ecological nature ,and all of the other system lies, next natural step in my life and my family's was to move out of the city into nature, not even into a village, we are located near a forest, with the nearest village at about 2 km away, live here for 8 ys and we can honestly tell you all that nature is the teacher, not in the sense that we still look for an outer saviour, it is a statement, planet is obviously older and wiser than humans, so please, keep this in mind, take daily your shoes off and spend 15-20 min barefooted on the grass, in time you will see the results.❤

Keep up the faith in Him. As someone who has been in Christ for 16 years and has devoted the last several years to an intense, deep-dive study of Biblical scripture (with an emphasis on Biblical eschatologically), purgatory is in fact found in the Bible. I was very anti-Catholic until I read the full Bible carefully (all 73 books), and studied the early Church fathers. I’m now relieved that I belong to the very Church founded by Jesus Christ with 2,000 years of history and Apostolic succession (St. Peter as our first Pope) instead of the 40,000 splintered Protestant churches which all seem to contradict each other. Here are the three passages which support purgatory: Matthew 5:25-26 (RSV): "Make friends quickly with your accuser, while you are going with him to court, lest your accuser hand you over to the judge, and the judge to the guard, and you be put in prison; truly, I say to you, you will never get out till you have paid the last penny." Luke 12:47-48 (RSV): "And that servant who knew his master's will, but did not make ready or act according to his will, shall receive a severe beating. But he who did not know, and did what deserved a beating, shall receive a light beating. Every one to whom much is given, of him will much be required; and of him to whom men commit much they will demand the more." 2 Maccabees 12:41-46 (RSV): "On the next day, as by that time it had become necessary, Judas and his men went to take up the bodies of the fallen and to bring them back to lie with their kinsmen in the sepulchres of their fathers. Then under the tunic of every one of the dead they found sacred tokens of the idols of Jamnia, which the law forbids the Jews to wear. Very powerful testimony sister! You’re so right about the Holy Bible just speaking to us when we read it. I remember as a kid I would always wonder how there were so many languages… I grew up… went my own way… but that was a curiosity that stuck with me. I remember reading the Bible and getting to Genesis 11… reading how man was attempting to “reach God” and basically exalt themselves above Him and any time we do that, we fall into ruin. To protect men from blasphemy and basically destroying ourselves, God gave different languages… of course it goes into deeper territory when you read it, but I remember my mind being absolutely blown. The Bible is THE Word of God. So many answers to questions that people had were already answered IN the Bible! People wondered if the Earth was flat or what the shape of it was… Isaiah 40:22 talks about God sitting on the CIRCLE of the earth. Early people wondered how the earth was set up in space and it must be hung on something, Job 26:7 talks about God creating the Earth and suspending it over nothing… I could go on and on… mind you… these gospels are thousands of years old. What telescope or rocket did we have then? 😂. God is GREAT and WORTHY to be praised. Keep going and posting sis! Your testimony is needed at a time such as this! We know… time is short. It made perfect sense. Thank you so much for honestly sharing your experience. We bought a house and things were happening in it. Stuff moving for no reason mostly. I saw a plastic fork lift itself off a table and fall to the floor. We prayed to God for his power to remove the spirits and nothing has happened since. After learning about the history of the house we feel there were bad things attached to the house and some drama we were going through helped amplify it. It was crazy. God is great. Thanks for being brave and sharing.

The louder the lion, the older and slower the lion is. All he has is his empty roar trying to intimidate you.. Stay close to the solid believers around you and just enjoy your Heavenly Daddy. There is a protective perfect jelousy He has over you, and you are His. The devil tried to pull you back and pull a fast one, now God is serving every defeated devil notice - don't even look at my daughter the wrong way!! I'm so happy you're saved and your testimony will surely bring forth fruit for others deceived by New Age. Read the Word every day and try to limit any outside influence like TV or movies or secular music. Pray to receive the Baptism of the Holy Spirit because you need it. Derek Prince has a lot of wisdom and is a great teacher. Tons of his sermons here on YT. It's funny you mention Beyonce, that woman is so possessed even unbelievers see it. She has no idea what she gave up for fame. Oh, expect a lot of pushback when you seek the Holy Spirit, and be patient.

I walked into the catholic church after practicing witchcraft and I also fell to my knees and burst into tears. I'm still experiencing warfare three months later. Deliverance may be a longer haul for me, but absolutely, God is real, and so is darkness.

Gina, in the even recent past I have met so many of these New Age Gurus. Then at some point, I realized that what I wanted to know I already knew, by looking for confirmation with people who yes, want to help you, but they want money, again and again while they're little by little taking you down?!!!🤔🤔🤔 Our existential frailties make us doubt everything, but' especially what the divine has given us for free. Powerful testimonies comes out of people who can explain their story well. Here is one. Soooo many RU-vid videos of people coming out of darkness and walking into Jesus light. And many others who will not repent. Sad

that’s weird, I only listened to Beyonces music when I was going thru a really dark time in my life, and I actually thought it was the opposite, that I was allowing myself to have fun so I was enjoying her music as a result. But anything post 2004-ish I haven’t even really heard except in passing. Like people talk about her albums and I don’t have any idea what the songs sound like. I have also gone down a new age rabbit hole but perhaps because of my religious background as a child I feel like I have had some protection from some of the worse things in it..but still really went downhill lately (after 2020) and have realized that I’m definitely allowing demonic powers to be in my world and I have felt the pure love of Jesus in my heart. I have been praying and working through forgiveness of people that I have held grudges towards for so long.

You should start believing for psychic 'gifts' to be transformed into the True Gifts of the Spirit. Like recieving words of Knowledge for witnessing to people. I just read a book: Seeing in the Spirit Made Simple by the Praying Medic. He operates in the gifts of Healing and words of knowledge. I haven't got anywhere yet, but I'm believing and I know they are available to all who seek.

I would recommend a deliverance manual: “Setting the Captives Free: Deliverance Manual”. It has prayers to can be do to renounce everything you “dabbled” in. Just so you close all doors/legal grounds/rights the enemy has over your life. 🙏

Thanks for sharing I too got caught up with occult and it came as light- all my life I had dark figures around me - my own faith and inner strength along w/ discernment to conquer the forces of negativity helped- unfortunately it never quite goes away- despite all monolithic scriptures warning against playing with spirits were deceived by ego & narcissism … We are under a spell otherwise how can we be silent to the destruction of Jerusalem and watch genocide and starvation before our eyes. Perhaps we can help all as Jesus taught, otherwise we’re still in the occult… Just keep a healthy and discerning perspective and help others 🙏🏻

I sent her this video and I pray it touches her just like that other video touched you. She uses "love and light", etc, etc. The thing is, she did give her heart to Jesus and was baptized.
