Testing out the new and improved Fitness Buoy designed for deep water fitness
I have yet to find an aqua belt that doesn’t dig into my ribs, ride up and make it hard to breathe.
The Body Buoy - fitness version, is worn over your legs like shorts. It fastens at the waist and around each thigh and was so much more comfortable than a belt by far!! There is buoyancy around the waste, along the sides and thighs , which I like. It gives me some feedback and a little extra leg and core work.
I’m excited to try this with some of my most stubborn participants who refuse to wear a belt for those same reasons and choose unsafe options to keep themselves a float.
