SO I found out some info. they were very small and not too busy. But when they got super busy they were told that they had to move their business and open a location in a non-residential neighborhood. I believe now they moved to the main house and are trying to raise money to move.

@@TheIcingArtistI figured that would be the case. I own a business, and in the US, you can’t operate a commercial activity like that in a neighborhood. It draws too much traffic

As an Orlando local, you never get used to the heat. And honestly June is nowhere near as hot as the other summer months 😭 Do not recommend

I didn't even know putting raisins in carrot cake was a thing until recently. none of the carrot cakes my mother gets have them in it and carrot cake is her favorite cake.

​@@Sable1991yeah adding raisins would be a HUGE no from me. I could maybe do coconut because shredded carrots and coconut have a similar texture. But for me JUST carrots and spice is fine. When we start adding raisins and nuts and other dried fruits we get into spice cake or fruit cake territory and I am not the biggest fan of those. A carrot cake is a celebration of how versatile carrots are as an ingredient in my opinion. Adding other stuff takes away from that, especially raisins. Raisins arent subtle in flavor or texture. Once you add them to the dish it becomes at least partly about them enough to announce or label their presence in the dish. Rum raisin cake, oatmeal raisin cookies. If someone said they wanted a plain oatmeal cookie and there were raisins in it it becomes a whole different kind of cookie y'know. You could say the same for coconut especially if someone isnt a fan of it. I'm a coconut lover so to me they have a distinct but subtle flavor. Raisins have a distinct and prominent flavor and texture. I think the texture would be the biggest issue lol. Biting into a carrot cake and getting a mouthful of hot squishy raisins would be a disappointment for me and I dont necessarily hate raisins. They have their place. That's not in a carrot cake or potato salad for me
