I honestly don’t mind the price changes with elf. Realistically no company can maintain $1-$3 prices with the way prices are going up these days. I love the quality of their products, so I find them to be worth the newer prices. I wish gas was still .99 a gallon like when I got my first car but ya know, not gonna happen! 😂 Love this video!!
People like you make prices go up and stay up. Stop buying. Not all brands did the inflation lie price. Buy when there is a great sale. Tik tok has ruined it for us.

Elf had a massive 60% off sale before and after Christmas 25th Dec. They had record breaking sales hence the delay in order processing. I have to say it was well worth the wait the savings I made were fantastic. They are now launching new products every couple of days and I can't wait to see what launches next !
I placed an order at Yarn Cafe Creations on Jan 4 and Yesterday it was finally shipped. Granted she had gone to meet her newest grandbaby and stay with her family for a while, but I don't blame her.
I'm loving the ELF sunscreen! I never cared for the supergoop one cause it was just way to glowy for my combo skin. Yes same thing, I'm in NC and when I order from the ELF sire it takes forever to get to me
The peach color corrector has been working soooooo well for my light/medium skin tone. Also have been loving the green one for all of the redness on my face. Beautiful! Also, my elf order from them took like 7 days for them to even ship it too!
I order from ELF a lot, and I think they got into the weeds recently, with that 60% off sale. Those orders took a very, very long time to ship. But usually, I get my ELF order in 2-3 days. I think I live near their distribution center.
I have the Mascara and I tried the Rollerlash back in the day and it is a great dupe in my opinion ❤️👍 It was my favourite mascara and I am so glad to have it again in a cf version🍀
Elf usually does take a while and the last time which was quite a while ago now was not packed well. Hopefully that has changed. Everything looks beautiful! Really love the lipstick on you!! Glad you are feeling better💜
I‘ve experienced the same issues with elf… it is annoying but my only chance to get hold of the whole product range here in Europe… You make me want to order once more, I need that sunscreen. Technically, I don’t , but I want it😂 talking about glowy bases, you might love the newest release from catrice. The „tinted serum“ foundation ☺️ Their new collection offers a number of dupes which could be interesting for people with a smaller budget 😊
Kelly, suggestion for the lipstick. I always use a lipliner on my whole lip then lipstick! Going to age myself, the best tip I ever got about 3 decades ago was from Paloma Picasso ( Pablo's daughter ). She's a fashion designer best known for jewelry design for Tiffany's. Also known for her signature red lipstick. Her suggestion was lipline the whole lip, lipstick on top lightly dampen with mist or water, lightly powder, just line lip add lipstick and it stays on just about the whole day. Maybe slight touch up after eating, drinking. You can change the color of the elf lipstick by lining your whole lip with different shade.
You should do a video with viral products that did not work for you. I love those style of videos because i trust your judgement and it helps my impulse to try all of the new products. BTW I love that nail polish, so pretty!
I notice the big range of prices all throughout the drugstore not just elf. Like a lipstick will be $9.99 but then a mascara is $12.99? Or a foundation is $13.99 and a primer is $10.99 it’s very interesting how everything is kind of becoming the same price no matter the category
Cardamom prevents jitters! You can ask a barista to shake some in and if your coffee shop has none (I have no idea what Starbucks does😅), take your own in a spice jar in your purse. You don’t have to spend a fortune on cardamom to use it safely this way; the Walmart Great Value organic one is a decent option. Cardamom is why so many people on the planet can drink spiced chai all day and never get fried from the caffeine (the theanine in the tea doesn’t hurt). I personally don’t do coffee for health reasons, but I enjoy a big pot of good, organic, black tea every day, and I brew it with a few shakes of cardamom. I’m very susceptible to caffeine jitters and never suffer with it anymore since I started using the cardamom a few years ago. Cardamom is so effective that if you forget to add it to the brew or you don’t like the taste of it in the beverage, you can take it on a spoon of honey or yogurt and it will even fix jitters after the fact. e.l.f. has been a nightmare with shipping for over a year, and they use FedEx on top of that, which makes it all worse. I gave them another chance recently and I won’t order directly from them again for myself. If in the future I order gifts to be sent directly to a friend to use up my points, I will make sure I order three to four weeks out, since that’s how much ADDITIONAL time they’ve been taking to deliver. Detestable. And their customer service is ignorant, annoyingly glib, and abysmally inefficient. I’m always kind but dealing with them made me see why some people get so nasty with CSRs. I am going to give the sunscreen a try. I’m almost out of the brand I’ve been using for a couple of years and since I got back to the Deep South, it isn’t laying so nicely on my skin anymore, which is weird because literally every other product I have is working better for me here than out west. 😅
My elf order also took so long. It was so long I actually called their phone number and asked about it, which I never do. The person on the phone was so nice and told me they were swamped with Holiday and post-holiday orders. We all ❤ our elf products! ❤ your channel so much!
I love the lash and roll mascara its fantastic! I have been using it since it came out and it’s my new favorite. No flaking, smudging, looks gorgeous all day. They just came out with the waterproof version and I hope it is just as good!
Covergirl Clump Crusher mascara (green tube) is very similar to the Benefit and this elf mascara. I like the elf but I’ve been using clump crusher for years
Have you ever tried kbeauty lip tints? I know that they tend to leave quite a good variety of different stain colours. Rom&nd is cruelty free and a great place to start.
I am glad they make tiny samples because I live in a country where it is very rare for stores to give samples - I just wish it was cheaper. Is the Camo Corrector same formula as either of the Camo Concealers?
Have you ever tried the Buxom mascara? It’s separating and lengthening. No one liked it when chunky mascara was the vibe, but I think people would like it now and I want people to buy it so it never gets discontinued.
I have the same lipstick in dirty talk and it looks much warmer on me but still not too warm but it's so funny how different things can look so different on everyone! I think my lips much be like peachy naturally tho because when colors look so pretty and rosey on other people it looks peach on me and I hate it!
Hey Kelly! Quick question, if the salmon is too deep, do you think using just a touch of the white color adapter from LA Girl would help, or would it negate the effect of the color corrector?
If you are trying to change the undertone of makeup can you add these color correctors? Like the blue for making foundation cooler and the green for olive undertones?
The complexion combo looks gorgeous! Funny.. I bought Pinkies Up stain and it looks straight up orangey on me! I have very cool/neutral toned, very fair skin and orange tones just don’t suit me and, unfortunately, so many lip and cheek shades pull orange on me. Blushes are easier to find true cool shades but I struggle with lip shades.

I wanted to love the elf whoa glow, it pilled on me every time. I’d change my skin care, let it dry down for a good 15-20 mins then apply the sunscreen and it would pill regardless, even on a bare face. The times that I order directly from Elf, those orders take forever. My Ulta orders are usually pretty fast shipping. Maybe your Ulta orders are quick because of your partnership with them or that you are a YT’er?
I actually love brown mascara too and they all look black but I'd love to know if you have any recommendations for an actual brown? I have been looking for the CG flourish one you like and can't find it anywhere! So maybe it is discontinued? Ugh!

Check with your doctor about taurine supplements. Or get coffee with taurine. Taurine helps with the jitters Taurine helps me with not being jittery between my ADHD medication and caffeine. Although caffeine isn't exactly an ADHD medication, it is a stimulant, and taurine helps you stay alert without the jitters
I think corrector works better if it's darker since the area you are trying to cover is darker than the rest of your skin. If the corrector is too light the dark circles just show through.
it could possibly be where you live, because I am in Cincy OH and it always takes less than a week for the orders to get to me! One of my orders was only 3 days total. Could also be when you order though, like if it's a new launch or something.
I also had an order with ELF during the time you placed your order (actually 2 because the birthday gift redeem thing is very finnicky). I have no idea what was going on. Probably Christmas orders and stuff, but I thought that would've died down during the holiday. It did have a notification for me that said it would take a while. Normally it takes a week or less.
It's been awhile since I've purchased from them but the few times I bought something from Morphe, good lord did that take forever to ship. ColourPop can be slow too if they are backed up on orders but that's nothing compared to Morphe.

I'm actually curious how easy it is to buy Korean or European sunscreen from the US, many of the fda-approved organic uv filters hurt my eyes and the inorganic sunscreen made by US brands give horrible white cast.
Might get the sunscreen now but yes definitely buying from another retailer because it does take forever for me to receive an order from them, like 10 days from when I place my order! 😅😂
