It’s mostly in US I think. Where I live in Poland it is not that strong. Maybe with some celebrities, but normal people still stay themselves in Poland. Especially I feel that young people in the circles I’m in, they really mock these kinds of looks. This is already getting old and for old people - like 40 years olds :)
i have the "iphone face" naturally - short, thick and straight eyebrows, neutral tilted eyes, plump lips and high cheekbones. it feels so refreshing to see people not try to get the "lift" from time to time - not everyone suits it. it always reminded me of how elementary school girls look with those super tight high ponytails 😅
Late to this video, but I think with Revlon's pedigree, they could emphasise the "old school glamour" aspect of the brand. Revlon Red nail polish is one of the first true red, opaque nail lacquers, and while the formula has changed, the colour still exists. Cherries in the Snow, both the nail polish and the lipstick, were favoured by none other than Marilyn Monroe, and both are still available, and so is Firebrand nail polish, another Marilyn favourite. Retro can be big business, and this brand has such an amazing history, why aren't they playing that up? Bringing back classic bestsellers from previous decades seems like a good way to generate buzz and capture some interest, but I feel like they have no idea how to market makeup in the 21st century.
Kelly if you feel uncomfortable with the amount your face sweats I would like to suggest Sage supplements. My face used to sweat so bad that it literally ruled my life for decades. Since taking Sage supplements that I buy on Amazon my sweating has stopped. I've tried a lot of different things some helped a little and some had unwanted side effects. The only side effect from Sage is not sweating and my memory has better recall.. I'm 65. And I think I heard you mentioned something about peach fuzz. Do you not shave your face? So many women do and I have been shaving my face for decades. It makes all the difference in the world with how your makeup looks and and also exfoliates your face. 😊
For someone who is new in makeup the Makeup Most Have Set would be worth it? How the full size on the sampler perfume works if I bought it on the website outside the US?
