It said to use the bond restorer on product free hair. Did you do that? Residual products on your hair can block the effectiveness of the bond rehab. I really liked the bond rehab salve. I liked what it did to my hair.

Are you positive? I just looked on their website and it didn’t say product free hair. It also is called a pre-poo treatment, so I would think it wouldn’t be necessary. Just like with olaplex-it doesn’t say anything about product free hair, but a lot of people choose to do it that way! Let me know if you find anything that says otherwise, because I want to do it right!😂

@@melanierush3304 I may have read it wrong, I think it was saying have product free hair to take the porosity test, but...when I use olaplex or fanola bond repair or this product I clarify my hair first so that I can get full absorption . It may be overkill, but that's what I do. I clarify weekly and then use the bond repair.
