I bought one around last Valentine’s Day and that shit is still sharp as hell. Definitely a good knife. Especially for someone like me that cooks out of necessity, and does not care to look into all the different knife brands or spend a lot of money on them.

100% agree. I am an avid home cook and I use my Babish knife as my go-to prep knife. Had it over a year and it has held its edge insanely well. High quality, great fit, great price. I recommend it to anyone starting out in the kitchen.

Wubby’s a funny guy but that’s where it ends, he’s consistently hypocritical, literally his entire sense of humor and routine is unacceptable in society (his actual appeal is just edginess and being offensive), and he’s a shining example of someone who would have been a much different, worse off person without the lottery of random chance. He’s consistently rude to and talks down to literally anyone; could be a doctor and he’ll still flaunt his income over them. The second he perceives anything less than respect or acquiescence to himself, he reacts with “well you’re just *job title* and will die where you live”.
