Testing the Equinox 800 on rings and gold nuggets 

Ok, my mistake everyone, I just noticed that i had my Equinox set at 20 and above, i should have reset the numbers, that is why the 2 gold rings were not coming up, because their numbers would be around 15 - 19 i reckon

It would be interesting to see you do this test against in the all metal mode. Cheers John

I found a white gold ring that came up as 6. Gold can ring up much lower.
