The vegetable chopper thing (the one with the onion) does work, but you have to use smaller chunks...and I think you have to do a quicker "slap" motion. Although I have to say, I like "The Original Vidalia Chop Wizard" style of chopper best. It gives you more uniform pieces instead of just haphazardly chopping it. As someone whose eyes feel like they're burning off when I cut onions, I'll take any gadget that helps 🤣 When I used to wear contacts, it didn't bother me at all. Now that I wear glasses 99% of the time, cutting onions is BRUTAL

The green thing on the cheese greater is to hold the cheese down so you dont slice your fingers

The sushi gun is one of my favourites. You leave the long bit on one end when you close it on your filling then cap the other end and push - this compresses the filling. Take the cap off then push the rice perfectly onto your Nori. It was fun watching you do it wrong simply because you still managed to make perfect sushi 🥰

The tabletop grater IS a game changer. I've had one for a few years. It's also perfect for grating frozen butter (needed to make really good biscuits and cold pastry like pie crust), which was a total pain with a box grater.

I'm turning 42 next month & have seen my share of infomercial gadgets, so many of these are just renamed as seen on TV gadgets from the 90's. The viral "cheese grater" is the non electric version of the salad shooter.

Just to say I have a mini donut mackerel and mine came with a book on how to my the dough and what you used was very liquid and that might have why your donuts didn't rise 😅

The dumpling sealing part in DIY dumpling maker comes separately and widely used in my country actually it is is quite easy and satisfying to use as it fits in the palm and easy to close

The chopper was popular during the 1970s. They worked okay, better than the one you had, and definitely better built. They worked great for chopping nuts. I actually still have a 70s model I use upon occasion.

My niece bought me one of those snack cup things last year when I broke my ankle. I was able to carry the drink and snack in my wheelchair without spilling and taking up less space. I actually really liked it for that... but haven't used it since. The cup wasn't insulated so the drink didn't stay cold long enough.

I have the liquid pump, and it fits standard milk jugs😊 I have the “pounce” chopper. Maybe a better brand, because it works really well. I don’t use the base…just bare blades on a cutting board. Dunno what your little black plastic piece in between was for. Mine didn’t have that. It hurts my hand😮 I have the rotating grater. I love it. It won’t stick to any of my countertops, so I bought an inexpensive 8X8 ceramic tile, and it adheres perfectly. What can I say? I love gadgets, and I love to cook.

The "child protection" for the grater is actually what you use to push the food further towards the grating surface. That way, you don't risk grating your own finger. Hope this helps!
