It’s absolutely necessary for them to get the damage improved. I think every gamer wants to see as close to realism as possible. It’s what sells us on the game after all. I want to see my opponent(or me) suffering from the damage done. It’s a key part to the entertainment aspect of it.

This is a bad look for Undisputed imo. Fight Night STILL looks better.

Undisputed looks like an amateur product compared to fight night series. These devs are crazy, buring money into something they have 0 knowledge and idea.

To make the swelling look more real in undisputed they need to do away with the red face and add black and purple discoloration to damaged areas from what I see when the whole face is red it takes away from the swelling

They need to make the bleeding and the face bruising like UFC 4 basically just take everything from UFC 4 and make it a boxing game frl

A genuine complaint that needs to be talked about, counter and power punches aren't properly appreciated. Judging is a huge problem. I hope the stamina degradation is increased more.

Undisputed has great visuals but Fight Night is the whole package. Overall need a new fight night.

Well this needs to be addressed to the developers for an update to include the physical realism of blood we definitely must have that experience in the game as well as the last generation boxing game

The punches just look so wonky on undisputed not fluid at all

I have to imagine it's something being worked on and as it gets closer to being finished they will add in alot more damage for sure. It seems like that's something that got placed on hold as it should be. They need to work on mechanics and animations and get a strong base of a game and then add visual improvements as we get closer

Great video, unfortunately undisputed isn't on console. I have Fight Night champion and it is great and now I can make dream matchups like Mike Tyson vs Muhammad Ali Rocky Marciano vs Sonny Liston Young George Foreman vs Evander Holyfield.

When they showed that screenshot of how graphic the damage will look I was surprised how graphic it was but it seems that they dumbed it down by a lot

It’s crazy there haven’t put the game on console. They kind of killed their own momentum.

Are you going in depth as deep as their cuts. And strength & weight. That plays a part a part in the game as well.

Your defense should be based on how much damage is done to you. Swelling in left eye more left hand punches get thru . Broken nose . Slower recovery. Body shots. Slower movement .

In a real boxing match a lot of times there is no blood anyway just swelling.... sometimes a cut depending on the situation like head butts.

definitely hope undisputed does improve i can really hate on them since the game is still early access and doesn't even have a career mode yet lol so hopefully it has like a mega update at some point and we get the real boxing feel

Fnc still holds up. You can feel every punch. Blood and damage looks good game plays smooth epsecially using total control. Undisputed will be great. Fnc is goat abd the stabsard right meow

I remember when Undisputed was announced as a future Next Gen game , I was sooo hype as a fan of boxing but to be in 2023 & still not have a console version is HIGHLY disappointing.. in the past 2 years I brought an Xbox one & PS3 just to play FNC ! & I still enjoy it to this day

The fact that a 2011 multiple gen old game can even compare goes to show how amazong fnc is. I still play it. It was more realistic tho that hitting vlean hits like they do in fnc and they go down easier than undisputed just taking thise hits is not as realistic. Fnc did everything right. Even the stiry mode was great. Especially the jail fights

Cuts in undisputed does not occur in every fight, just like in real life boxing. I've been playing ever since and in my experience cuts do appear when you hit the other fighter with power punches it might be a counter or not and also cuts also may vary to your fighter and your opponents special skill or passive it might occur occasionally but not as frequently because the game has percentiles of the odds of getting a cut. Am right guys?

Undisputed actually not that bad as far as graphics but I feel like the punches need to be thrown better instead of stiff and it seems like the punches are not so accurate

FNC is more realistic. undisputed just made them a tomato totally unrealistic

and REMEMBER there's fights in real life, when the boxers get hit A LOT and they don't have any CUTS! Every fight shouldnt HAVE BLOOD! Just if deserve it

The way to consistently get facial damage TKOS (ref stops fight due to damage) is to spam level 1 or 0 straights and get in as many headbutts as you can. Build a heavyweight with max reach , weight and height us the Fatman, Tyson or big boned build. Make sure you put only one or zero stats on his straight punch otherwise you will just ko him. Only throw only power straights, use side step and back steps when possible. The straights are so broken on FNC that even a level 0 straight does more long term damage than a maxed out hook. Give it a shot or search youtube for a video showing it, it's here. Try "spamming level zero straights for tko" something like that. The trick is a very low level straight not one that's maxed out. All the fn games were good. Mouth piece flying out. Blood sweat. Blood on gloces blood drip. Manually being the corner man. Fn ganes were great

For a brand new game, I would have expected the developers to work hard on the graphics, because FNC was WAY ahead of its time. Disappointing. Even the mechanics don't seem too different. Even the way the camera moves in FNC is far better. From just watching this, while it's a "welcome", I'd still pick FNC to play, because it's just that good.

Fight Night is still King of Fighters until they make a new one, even then we will see, but now, in 2024, Fight Night Championship is still the best.

I think the lack of blood is trying to be pc and not offend the soft left woth blood lmao

It needs to drastically improve along with a number of other things. Camera work and view is lacking. The camera moves more than the boxers. Can’t circle around each other. Raise cam and back off a little. It needs to be more stationary and cut to different angles to add a cinematic presentation. Punches are weak. Boxers footwork is not good. One punch flash ko’s are happening too frequently after latest patch and that will kill an already dead “ranked” online. Too easy to run from opponents the entire match.Power punches should cause more damage if they are going to take so much stamina or it isn’t worth it. 🤷‍♂️get rid of stupid get up mini game or make it an option. I want there to be a little mystery and surprise. I want to scream at my fighter to “get yo ass up”. Lol damn I hate that stupid mini game.

My brother sorry haven’t been around for awhile. How you doing bro? Hope you’re doing awesome. For myself my family and I just came back from a trip to Japan. Awesome trip hopefully our next trip we can make it to Canada. Anyway I just wanted to say that fight night is weird when it comes to cuts and blood. I’ve been playing since forever and have come to the conclusion that cuts and blood comes and goes every time I load the game. I’ve gotten cuts and blood like in the first and second round. Then there were times I didn’t get cuts or blood for 8 rounds. I’ve even set the cuts and swelling slider to allow more damage and still the blood and cuts come and go. However I gotta give it to 12 year old game for still being so good. Whenever I feel the need to just beat down opponents, especially Mike lol, I’m reaching for fight night. Anyway as always great fight and legendary commentary. Stay safe brother
