Here goes another ABC (ACTIVE BODY CONTROL) suspension removal and conversion to adjustable coilovers. This car was delivered from Texas to me in Cincinnati, Ohio. I had to do additional work to the underside of the front bumper. It had previous damage, cracks and scratches…..often associated with low curbs and failed suspension. He made the right decision going with Silver’s Neomax adjustment coilovers. You should too!!!

Brandon, I just want to say thank you.! I have a 2003 SL 55 AMG that I had the Silvers coilover swap completed. Because of your videos giving great details on tips, how to set up the shocks, I went ahead and chose Silvers Neomax . I have to admit I was concerned with, will I need sway bars? The car handles great. Body roll is a non issue for me, maybe if you were doing track days on a road course, sway bars would come into play. Thanks for your honesty and answering my questions.

Thank you! The springs settle about 1/2” after awhile. So I adjust them taking that into consideration.

Look at my other videos. I have plenty of ‘how to’ content regarding the conversion. I do too many of these coilover conversions to record the exact same process over and over again.
