I dunno what was being said in the line that got it popping...but it was just a little bit of shoving until #9 of UIW came screaming in and threw the first real punch....after that initial ruckus though and the crowd separates the first time you see #9 again with his arms up like he's about to fight whoever that is, then when the A&M guy got separated he must've said something and that's when #8 goes off the deep end.

That’s why hockey is cool if you fight it’s 1 v 1 and if your teammates don’t grab someone to make sure it stays fair then when it’s their turn to fight you let him get bulldozed. you’re less likely to pop off if you know someone will fight you immediately after and the refs will allow it.

An ugly melee broke out in San Antonio on Monday, February 19, 2024, after Texas A&M-Commerce went on the road and defeated Incarnate Word 76-72 in overtime. The fight took place as the two teams went through the postgame handshake line, though what exactly started the incident is unclear. Video showed players from both teams throwing punches and landing shots in a fight that started at midcourt near the scorer's table and made its way to the other side where fans were seated. One of the broadcasters said a manager's face had blood on it and another broadcaster reported a young girl in the crowd was hurt during the brawl. Players and coaches from both teams tried to break the skirmish up before it finally ended after nearly 90 seconds. (CBS Sports)

Lol I always thought it was dumb how everyone on the team run over to a fight like flies on 💩. If some idiot on my team was getting into a fight I’d just continue walking on to the locker room

I love how the albino black dude with ginger hair hair goes from peacefully shaking hands and not being involved in the original skirmish, to wildly throwing punches and needlessly escalating things in the blink of an eye lol. I'd probably have a ton of pent up rage if i were him too.

Way too much of this crap going on. Coaches...it's your job to control your players on the court or off.
