Barbecue in Austin (Driftwood), Texas - 4 different types of meat: brisket, pork ribs, sausage and turkey on one plate + potato salad, beans, cole slaw, pickles and onion: 18 USD
zwarteklaas lol you call Americans uncultured? But yet you think having different opinions is being divided? Lol go stuff your ignorant face back in your hole and stay the fuck out of my country!
I have cancer and on chemotherapy and can barely eat anything. I wake up sick every single day. I come to this channel to work up an appetite because normally I wouldn’t eat anything. Thank you.
My daughter moved to Austin a couple of years ago. Have visited twice. Austin is the BEST! Great food, super friendly people. I can smell that bbq. Making my mouth water
I was at Salt Lick in November while visiting my son in Austin. Best BBQ I have ever had. I am drooling looking at the smoked meats that they have cooking in the video. Cant wait to go back again.
what i like most about your videos is that it's not just about food, you capture the whole experience, the atmosphere, the noise, the chatter, everything, it's almost like im there myself..i love it, keep it up.
Nice skill by the pit master. After a minute I could tell why he was making his moves. That looks like alot of fun! And lots of mustard in the sauce and the beans. Looks great.
Black, White, Mexican, Asian, Greek, Arabian, Portuguese.......It's time we all start speaking the international language of Love Baby! Bar-B-Que! If we all met around a table of this stuff I bet we'd be singing, "Deep in the heart of Texas" together. And I bet we'd even add the claps in between!
Salt lick BBQ.. went here with the husband and stepson, spent $100 on food there and took some to go .. unfortunately the stepson ate nothing bc they didn't have burgers and he's one of THOSE teenagers..so he had a gas station hot dog later..the pulled pork sandwiches are sooooo amazing, if we didn't live 8 hours away we'd be there bi-weekly, I support the husbands thought of moving to Texas just to be closer to this place.
I love Texas❤❤❤❤❤ My greatest wish is......i want to live in this heavenly place, made of tons of grilled meat, great people and lots of smiles! A big hug from Italy🤗
we drove down to Driftwood from Dallas on Thanksgivings Eve (flew in from CA for Cowboys Dolphins game on Thurs). The traffic was a nightmare but it was well worth if. The brisket may be a little better at Franklin's, but for a true Texas BBQ experience, it's hard to beat the Salt Lick. Just wish the side were better. Potato salad was like cold mashed potatoes.
As an avid outdoor enthusiast, I can't stress enough how ASMOKE has revolutionized my outings. The battery-powered portable pellet grill is perfect for all my adventures - be it camping, tailgating or even road trips. What I love most is the precise temperature control from the FlameTech patent and the convenience of remote temperature adjustment. It's such a game-changer! The food cooked on it always comes out perfect, with a distinct smoky flavor thanks to the wood pellets. My outings are now more fun and flavorful, and the cleanup is a breeze too. The convenience and efficiency of ASMOKE are unparalleled. I wholeheartedly recommend it to all outdoor lovers. #Asmoke.
I have eaten such a barbecue in Texas. I couldn't eat everything and left it, but an African-American who was thinner than me ate it lightly. Seeing that, Japan swore that it would never war with the United States.
Have not been in a long time. Seemed like they started coasting on their rep a long time ago....or everyone else upped their game and passed them, not sure which.
I'm from Germany and my aunt lives in Austin, every time when I visited her we had Texas Barbecue, and it's always a 11/10. 😋 After COVID, I definitely want to travel to the states again! 😉
This is the Salt Lick BBQ, in Driftwood, TX (not far from Austin). I'm lucky enough to live within just a couple miles and so I can occasionally go there on my lunch break.
From the looks of it, I pray and hope every single one of these workers are getting paid well, whether it’s salary or hourly!! Hard working, Great attitude and insuring great customer service👏🏾 if any former employees have worked at these types of restaurants please feel free to let me in on your experience within! Please and thank you, God bless :)
Bruh, they have an all you can eat plate for about $30, its non stop until your full AND you get to take home the leftovers. Thats a WIN, WIN, WIN. Heaven is a place on 🌎
Это ад мясоеда, который испытывает неуправляемый аппетит. Для тела роскошь -- ростительная пища, а мясо быстрое топливо, тяжелого переваривания и самоочищения организма.
Hahaahha, probably. I live not so far from there 30 minutes only from downtown austin, you should try it. All you can eat starts from 26.99 including beverages
My god, Nonsense, there's a lot of burnt meat. I once heard that in the United States, Americans don't know how to roast red meat. this is true. look at the gauchos in uruguay, argentina and brazil is simply spectacular.
I have ADD/ADHD. Watching these guys work I think I would last about 20 minutes before they would fire me for gross incompetence!!!! The plates look absoletely glorious!!!!
