@pharry4life i remember a 1993-1997 nebraska team who only lost 3 games arguably the best streak of all time. i think alot of people know that is the good longhorn team up there. I think they also know that they are a bunch of greedy little fuckheads and also get alot of plays called in their favor. ( find the baylor texas game from this year and watch the first kickoff) those longhorns sure a good team keep telling yourself that and maybe they can beat Iowa state next year.
I was referring to the school as a whole with the 77.5% graduation rate. The UT football team's graduation rate is 49%, which isn't high, but it does't take into account players who turn pro early and then return later and finish their degrees. Oklahoma has a lower grad rate of football players at 45%. Yeah, the team is dancing to Soulja Boy, but if it helps them pump up for the game and a win, then is it really so bad. I'm sure other teams have similar rituals, but they do it in the locker room
im a florida fan so im nuetral on the whole oklahoma/ texas thing...to tell the truth, i think oklahoma deserved to go last year, even though texas was the better team. i know texas won head-to-head but okl tex and TT all had the same record and TT beat texas, and oklahoma beat TT by 40-something. it was the right decisison...bottom line is they need a playoff. But it WILL be FLA/TEX this year they are obviously the two best teams in the two best conferences

I still hear Texas fans talking shit on their own rookie secondary player that dropped the interception versus Texas Tech. And once again I'll reiterate, I'd rather choke in a National Championship game Ten years in a row than only be there once in the past decade. Texas sucks. Always has, always will.
First the unpleasantries. Texas damn near beat OU last year with half the talent. Texas unlike OU wins their BCS games. The series has always been one team for a bit then the other for a bit, anyone who has followed the serries knows that. OU is full of kids from Texas, so it's not like Oklahoma kids are beating Texas kids. However, I like OU every game they play, EXCEPT ONE. It's nice to know that the BIG 12 is usually decided in October. After Texas and OU, there's no one! Ok, MAYBE NEBRASKA.
