Thank you, it is hard to concentrate on everything sometimes while filming especially when you want to do your best, i don’t like to waste anything. Cutting and prepping ahead of time has helped a lot. ❤

Rachel, your videos are always so educational and easy on the eyes (and stomach). Hubby and I actually made this recipe after watching your video. Oh my! These were truly the BEST fajitas we have had. The fajitas in the restaurants pale in comparison. These were seasoned beautifully, the meat was tender, the peppers and onions were not overcooked. Perfection!!! Hubby went on and on and on about the flavor. Thank you for taking time to teach us and demonstrate for us. Pam

SABROSO!!! I just got home from work and saw your video. I have said it before, but I am going to say it again. I love that you always taste your food for us. We see you eating and enjoying your beautiful food and it makes want it that much more! There are still lots of people who having cooking videos who never eat the food they make. Also there a some that look miserable trying their food, so it doesn't make it seem appealing or want to make us try it.

I don't know how a dish could ever possibly be as mouthwateringly delicious looking as this one Rachel😋!!! Packed with such delicious ingredients, I will definitely give this one an attempt...but nowhere near as expertly as you did my friend. Against my own preferences, I would have to forgo the jalapeños, as my 85 yr old mother doesn't tolerate the heat. Thank you so much Rachel🤗. You're the best😄😋!!!
