It’s beeen a while since watching your videos Charlie. I watched a lot of your earlier videos and it seems couple things changed since. Your cooking video are pleasant as ever and I still see the glass top table, pots & pans you used to use but what has changed is the beard and your skin tone. You used to be dark but now you look light What’s going on? Also, the number of bangs on the table has increased dramatically. lol..sorry, not trying to bust your 🏀 to much but that’s what I noticed. My Son likes those rolls, I joke on him about them. I never ate them due to I call them *_"Glass Buns."_* I had no interest with them. So much PHAKE PHOOD almost everywhere, I'm not trusting. They're SOOO shiny, I never seen such high gloss on bread until he brought them home. My Mother baked bread in her spare time, she never made them to a shine, still good though. Now I see how they're made by YOU.

im a vegetarian so i dont go to texas roadhouse anymore, lol... but i miss the rolls so much. Those crinkly buttery tops and cinnamon honey butter... you made me so hungry, i woke my husband up to make me breakfast. 😅 Im going to make these today. It's really hard to find chefs that share their recipes for home cooks who are used to actual Southern cooking. Most of it feels like what someone from Oregon thinks is food from the South, lol. Your recipes all look amazing and feel like things my mother and myself make for our families here in Texas. Thank you. ❤
