I love the breakdown of the different domains. I work in a Title 1 school and knowing how to be a great teacher is so important for the kids at my school.

This video is super important and super helpful! Especially since the PPR consists of mostly these two domains! This is such a great resource for studying and a great deep dive into the two domains!

Working at a low socioeconomic area, my kids come to me with all types of economic problems, behavior, house, and economic yet when they are in my room they tell me they feel comfortable, with any problem in the world. I tend to encourage them to achieve their goal and graduate, so that at least they can help themselves in the future. My job enables me to help them, inspire them, to do their best not only in school but in life. I strongly agree with you when you say to value your students, encourage them, and build them up to do amazing things. Later down the road, they will appreciate what you did for them. I tend to plan, my lessons to where every single one of my students benefits and understand them whether their ELL'S, Sped, 504, GT, and everyone else.

Great break down of domain I and III. I strongly agree with you Ms Sauceda, building rapport and a strong relationship with students is always beneficial towards their learning and the fluidity of the class as well. I just recently started joking around with my students during class and with some of my toughest apples and found out that was the way to engage with them. I’m an strict teacher because I expect them to know that rules are meant to be follow and to create good habits but I always, ALWAYS, explain things to my kids instead of just imposing something and that has been really helpful. Some of them are being told what to do and what not to do but no one has stop to explain and reason with them. You know, treating them like reasonable little humans that have can understand even if it takes many times to explain.

It is good to learn to simplify the selection of the answers to be able to answer quickly and to be able to answer everything on time.

Reviewing this video, definitely helps breakdown Domains I and III in which I struggled on. Critically reading to assess each key words and being mindful is extremely important.

Mrs. Sauceda talk about in this video is What makes a great teacher. You should know your students like what level of learning are your students on. Teachers should help students grow and reach their goals. Teachers should also build relationships with students.

Breaking down the questions helps out so much. Those key words truly direct the reader to the correct answer. When you mentioned about if the outcome is measurable it is probably the most likely answer really makes sense. How can I be a part of the classes if I already finished the work? I am preparing for the TB pre-test.
