@@AntiHero2 its not the fault of him the hit scan its bugged and less chance to hit per very short intervals 1 second is enough to a precise shot and does not misses the hit scan is 1 second per second to realise you are shooting more than 1 time

iLander making a skill based weapon random is not a good nerf. It'd be like nerfing the market gardener where sometimes it crits and sometimes it doesn't. The amby change is not a good idea.

Ham it has 0 spread, a -15% body shot isnt a big downside.

Sweet Roll I do play spy, it's not risk reward there is 0 down sides to the weapon. It has 0 spread nada, you always hit your mark if you can aim at all. Which everyone can do, stock is useless compared to it. I say this as its my primary revolver, spy should not be able to out dps a sniper with a 6 shot high fire rate [its spread resets faster then the sniper bolts his rifle] you can run at full speed and still snipe. My point is even if you couldnt head shot the 0 spread is reason enough to use it.

It's NiceNike, but I don't make levels or play that much anymore. I just go on there to attempt and never complete new featured levels.

Well, maybe it does deserve a nerf, but making a skill-based weapon dependant on luck is the stupidest way to balance a weapon. Also fuck reddit.

It does what Bob says. It cuts range down but doesnt make short-mid range luck based. at far range it's luck but close up it wont be

+Richard Watson The Ambassador might actually need a *buff.* Sure, it might sound ridiculous to some, but what reason does anyone have to use the Ambassador when you can use the Diamondback in anywhere outside of comp, since the DB does just as much damage as the Amby but has a better DPS due to it not having a fire rate reduction? Probably not much & all you have to do is backstab & / or sap to get each crit shot, which should be easy enough for any Spy outside of Comp, whereas with the Ambassador you have to get headshots at *any* range & getting long range headshots is easier said than done, not only that but none of the shots can even insta-kill anything with more health than a Big Earner Spy or a Kunai Spy fresh out of spawn, so if you die to Ambassador Spies too often, then git gud. As for what changes the Ambassador might need, i think being able to get as many crit shots as with the Diamondback would make it so that you get more of a reward for getting headshots & you might still want to use your Diamondback if your aim sucks but are still good at Spy, but if it *MUST* be nerfed then the best one would be a nerf that reduces your damage from long range headshots, such as getting mini-crits instead of crits.

This video was an exaggeration,kinda of like a ubersaw couple,an effective strategy that is very good and fun with friends.But some of the footage is something that happens on an everyday game and is pretty shitty.

Eh that's either a couple hackers (this game is now rife with them since F2P) , OR the occasional tag team friends you might run into rarely. I saw this same thing happening when the huntsman came out long ago. Just three snipers clogging up a choke point on badwater taking arrow pot shots. Annoying, but isn't really a new thing. At least with the amby you require actual aiming skills for the weapon to have any actual use. Punishing spies that take their painstaking time training to do it well isn't fair. Plus it goes against the weapons purpose, which is to engage targets as spy when getting within "range" isn't feasible. Minicrits also do fuck all for damage. They changed it to 102 damage within just a couple weeks of the weapon being released because people complained of how useless the gun was. Now newbies think its a great idea. History will repeat itself.
