Hi Chef, what can I use if I don’t have coriander root? Most stores cut them off so I don’t have any.

I bought a substantial package of dried keffir lime leaves at a cheap price, ground it to a powder and stored it in a tight, well sealed bottle. Was that worth the effort ?

Dried kaffir lime leaves can be a convenient way to add flavor to your dishes, especially if fresh leaves are not available in your area. Grinding the dried leaves can preserve their flavor and aroma for an extended period of time. If you use it in your cooking, it can be worth the effort. However, it depends on personal preference.

Wow delicious marinade, I'm definitely going to make it, aromatic and also sweet from the palm sugar. The BBQ skewers are so tasty to eat just like that, but what do you make for the dipping sauce.
