ingredients
1 kg pork shoulder
-1 tsp. white pepper
-1 tsp black pepper
8-10 garlic cloves
5-6 coriander roots
1/2 tbs. coriander seed
5 tbsp. palm sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 cup coconut milk
1 tbsp.Corn starch flour
2 tbsp. vegetable oil
4 tbsp. sweet black soy sauce
4 tbs. oyster sauce
4 tbs. soy sauce
4-6 Kaffir lime leaves
