We Mizo living in North East India called it ZAWNGTAH. We just peal off the grean and eat it raw. We mix with dry fish or a local cheese called SAUM. If you cook or fry which our nabouring states like Manipuri used to eat, we thought the taste was less. By eating it raw you will taste the purest form. But you need to clean your toilet properly😂😂😂😂

Stink bean is abundantly grown naturally in North east part of India. It is a part of vegetables ingredients in Manipur. The dish like Eromba, Kanghou, kangsoi , singju & morok metpa are prepared with this. It is widely available during winter season. One should try it. It is really tasty.
