The fish species _Rhynchobatus australiae_ , also referred to as the *Bottlenose wedgefish* , is a member of the Rhinidae family. It can be found in northern Australia's shallow coastal waters, especially those near Queensland and the Northern Territory. The name "wedgefish" comes from the flattened body and long snout of this species, which give it a wedge-like appearance. Unfortunately, overfishing and habitat degradation have resulted in significant declines in Australian wedgefish populations, raising concerns about the species' conservation. In order to create successful conservation strategies, efforts are being made to gain a deeper understanding of their biology and ecology.

O.k.! Here's the thing: first of all thanks for the super Vid & the Super cooking technique! Yet out of the milion different marine species you managed to pick this poor peaceful bottom dweller to eat?! It is not very nutritious as it feeds mostly on bottom dead stuff ,It doesn't even have too much meat in it , fishermen usually dump them over board once mistakingly catching them in their fishing nets as they have no commercial value whatsoever!
Такую еду врагу не желаешь есть это один труд а потом избавится от него другой проблема там все полностью горькота ни вкуса ни другого не поймешь. Хоть туда вы кинули бы ангельскую пыль все равно только ыид и однотонное массой останется
