THAI GREEN CURRY PASTE RECIPE (สูตรน้ำพริกแกงเขียวหวาน) | Silom Thai Cooking School
When I travelled to Thailand I had one major goal - I wanted to know how to make a proper Thai Green Curry Paste from scratch. I love love love Thai curries but usually, we make it from a ready-made paste. The smell of freshly ground curry paste is just too good. Luckily this cooking school was suggested to us by a friend who couldn't wait to get back to Bangkok and join another of their cooking classes. Such a pleasure to be cooking with so many international people and learning how to make the paste from our chef Chin. She was so much fun and we had a blast! :-D Let me know what you think in the comments!
