1 8oz-can whole water chestnuts (or fresh)
¼ cup tapioca starch
Red food colouring
SYRUP
1 cup sugar
1 cup water
2 pandan leaves
COCONUT MILK
1 cup coconut milk
½ tsp salt
FOR SERVING
Crushed ice
jackfruit (fresh or canned in syrup)
young coconut meat
