Thailand, Bangkok VIP SLEEPER BUS TO KHO TAO, From Khoisan Road to Koh Tao. Bus and Ferry

I catch the VIP Sleeper bus from Khoisan Road at a cost of 1,450 Baht for the bus and ferry to Koh Tao, turned out to be 2 bus's and a 4 hour wait at the train station at Chumphon, All in a days vlog.

I'm in Chumphon at my friend's resort. I once lived/taught here and left in 2015. Now I return to see friends who still remain here. I drive past the train station daily on my way to the gym! Small world eh.

Tough trip that with plenty of connection delays and waiting time involved. You've done that a few times Bangkok to Koh Tao but well worth it in the end. You had the whole of the compartment to yourself on that double decker bus. Guess it would have been stretching the friendship with the Thais to have created a 'my wasted life' video in transit on the bus. Nice one buddy 🤩

In the past, some busses had a racket going where after the bus left, the drivers 'mate' or 'busboy' would close the front curtain and disappear through a small flap into the baggage compartment. He could then rumble through all the passengers luggage looking for anything valuable! This trick was exposed a few times and hopefully it has been stopped! Good but tiring vlog eh? Cheers!

What a good Vlog about your journey from Bangkok to Kho Tao Sean,very long and tiring,and many changes ,so you just get off to sleep then you wake up to change buses 🚌 etc ,you certainly looked knackered when you got to Kho Tao anyway take care stay safe buddy tomorrow’s is a new day 😎👍🙏😎🍺hope you got. Man, why didn't you take Lomprayah transfer? Their office is in Khaosan Road, the bus leaves at 9pm from there straight to the pier without the hassle of changing at the railway station. And you would take the same boat from there.

Hey man, how do you handle the bad air spikes? I lived in Pattaya in summer of 2018, and got walking flu in lungs ( adult onset asthma , to much weed as a kid) I remember the doctors fee and medicine was sooo cheap.
