@Dylan The Machete. Just came across your channel and wanted to say well done!.Im an old baby boomer now lol but I remember doing exactly the same diet and training in Thailand in the 1980,s. Thai kickboxers both men and women are really skilled, strong and tough!I felt sorry for some of them as they had to leave their families or children in the provinces to earn money by fighting,if they don't win they don't earn money. We are so lucky and spoiled in the western world.
Appreciate the comment mate and thank you 🙏🏽 yeah we are very spoiled and in Thailand, especially in isaan fighting is just a way they survive. It’s sometimes sad to see, we’ve gotta be grateful for what we have and the lucky hand we’ve been dealt growing up in the western world
hey mate, i’ve been getting into this world of muay thai, and i would love to experience this, my only question is, how are you able to afford a place to live and food without working, or are you working part time? how does this work?
You eat a lot but still you are so skinny. I want to loose weigt i have too much muscle mass. My weight is 66kg and i am only 172cm. I should be around 62kg normally and fighting in 57kg
You gotta remember that food is fuel, if you’re training a lot you gotta eat a lot. Thai food keeps it on me heavily, these days in Thailand I cook about 90% of my meals and eat out 1-2x a week. Keeps me about 76kg fighting around 70kg
