STREET FOOD PRICE in Thailand / $5 FOR A DAY IN 2016, HOW MUCH NOW?
In 2016 I showed you what I could eat in Thailand in 1 day for $5 US. In this video I revisit all the shops I ate at in 2016 to find out how much to eat for a day in Thailand now, in 2024. This video was filmed in Ao Nang in Krabi Thailand.

I have to say I have missed you alot :) I love the style of videos that you do they show how the real Thailand is not the touristy part, I see enough of the ones that are all about the girls and bars and yours isn't about that it's about what it's like to honestly live there and what your day to day life is like. Another quality video from Krabi’s favourite RU-vidr. Good to see not all things have gone up in price by much over the years. Loved this comparison video, DB ! It's amazing that after 7 years, prices aren't much different...wish it were the same, here in OZ ! I think a basic Pad Thai is around $20 aud, now ! Cheers mate ! Jim. 👊🇦🇺🍻

Krabi is amazing and very competitive prices to compare with Khao Lak (3x more then 2019; I have pictures of old menus!). Pad thai is now 150 bath , patongo 80 bath, the only way to eat cheap is still the markets. Very few local eatery ....that we keep for us ;-)
