Thailand Palm Sugar Making 

One of the must-have ingredients in Thai cooking is palm sugar! I always buy my supply at the markets in Thailand, since its quality is far the best: a soft, almost marzipan-like texture.
In this video I'm joining my friend Chin of Chili Paste Tour (www.foodtoursbangkok.com) to a palm sugar hut, where I can see how this precious sugar is made.
