Today we take a ride on one of Thaesdown's older Darts on the 22 from Swindon City Centre to Okus Road, while travelling towards the Okus turn around point. The engine it carries reminds me of a VDL. However, unlike a fair number of VDLs, it is a good bash. The Thamesdown fleet is a smart, and well maintained. A few weeks before filming this video, the council sold the operation to the Go-Ahead Group's Go South Coast division. The Okus turn around is very good for photos and I recommend you catch the 22 out to it, as it is a half hourly frequency and you can easily walk to another route. 206 carries the name Hercules.
