Today we take a typical ride on a Redditch bus on the 48 from Webheath into town. It is typical of a Redditch vehicle because they all break down. The driver said there was an issue with the bus and was told to take it out. No wonder why bus driving is stressful. Most of the drivers are sent out on faulty buses, and this driver is actually a decent guy (both in his driving and that he is nice to passengers). He ditched it at the bottom of the bus station and got a Solo instead, as they finally had a spare bus become available. How half of the buses that are in their fleet get onto the road legally is beyond me. Credit to the driver for keeping his cool with the horrible Dart. The Dart was new in September 2002 to Pete's Travel, West Bromwich. It has also spent time with Yourbus (Dunn Motor Traction), as their 1005. Thanks for taking the time to watch.
