I've been watching his show for about 2 years now and it has got me Through many rough times and I can't thank him enough for it he deserves all of this money and the fact that he is giving millions away speaks volumes to his character, thanks pat

Cincinnati Reds wouldn't hire me as a camera operator and news stations tried to pay $12 an hour, I said heck with them too Pat and did RU-vid. The rest is history! Great work 👏

What makes McAfee so great is that he knows he's talking about a game and he doesn't take it seriously. Other analysts act goofy but it so often seems forced. The McAfee Show is just real, and that's why it's the best sports show out there.

Full disclosure. I am a black man from a low socioeconomic rough background. I say this not to make anything racial, but to point out the flaw in adhering to the false idea of needing to see "someone who looks like me" to be inspired. This is one of the most inspiring things I have ever watched. That part when he talks about growing up in a 700 square foot house that his parents mortgaged 5-6 times just so he could participate in sports gave me chills. Mr. McAfee is doing precisely what I will do when I get to where I'm going. There are sooooooooooo many people who helped me get to where I am that I am thankful for. They have no idea the things I planning to do for them. From the librarian who would stay after hours and help compile my books when I was working on my doctoral dissertation to upper class students who gave me all her first year books in law school when I couldn't afford them to the white police man who didn't arrest me and my little brother when we got caught on the other side of town in a friend's car late one night to the Jewish cook who gave me and wife free Kosher meals during seminary when we didn't have groceries in our home to my undergraduate dean who bought me my first suit to go on my first job interview to my professor who got my car repaired so I could make to my first summer internship to the old white men in confederate hats in Aiken SC who helped me repair my vehicle on the side of the expressway in the middle of nowhere, gave me a home cooked meal, filled up my gas tank, and gave me $50 bucks to make back home to GA after my first summer internship, to the the cafeteria manager in our dorm who used to let me wash dishes and clean up the cafeteria in exchange for meals to our undergrad football coach who let me live in his boarding house in exchange for me cutting the yard and on and on and on. I have had so many people help me along the way and I'm just thankful for them all. There is no such thing as as "self-made" person. Everything I need to know about Pat McAfee as a human being, I learned in this video. He did for his friends, family and loved ones what Lebron James did for his family. McAfee and Lebron are cut from the same cloth. We need more people like them.
This is what success is in my eyes. Good family, good friends, and giving back to those who helped you get to where you are and more. Really inspiring, Pat.

Having played against Plum growing up I can say they didn’t have as great of facilities as some of the other local big schools so this was huge for them. Pat you really are the man, everyone here in Pittsburgh and I’m sure Indianapolis as well are so proud of you and your journey.
