@@tristantheoofer2 yeah, a lot of success at once can be very overwhelming at first, I can speak from experience. What I wish I did differently is to really be aware of when enough is enough - don’t overdo it! After all, your work is no longer your best when your health is being affected :) I can confirm that it quickly becomes second nature - your rally do end up easing in to it!
