@@joeduru7582bad shooting but he was always a slasher didnt force threes like westbrook and with the money he was a all star so they gave him the bag nobody could have know the amount of injuries that would have happened to him and for playoff inconsistancy i am not sure about that but i think the coach didnt make him go off ball enough so it would make him struggle like james harden also he just brought them winning after the disapointing gilbert arenas era
@@joeduru7582 that's russel Westbrook without injuries and John wall was not like nice I got paid not let me go get injured so I can go through pain and struggle and not being able to play
These fans today be happy for their long term players, but remember when lebron left Cleveland for the first time, it was scary man, and then when AD left new Orleans, they booed him, John is lucky his fans are loyal, because fans mostly ant their players to leave them with a title then they will be happy, sry for the long comment🙂
@@HeenaPatel253ad left new Orleans because he wanted to control where his carrer goes, not the team and he felt he wasn't gonna win in New Orleans so it's the teams fault for not building around ad
Better then Howard who has a chip defense player of the year more then 1 and has more stuff that I did not even say about Dwight Howard if you mean when with the wizards it could be John wall but if you mean career if you think wall you would be the best player you are wrong it would clearly be Dwight Howard.
@@teeliang3742 yes I know but we’re only talking about when in dc then it could be wall if you talking best player out of career it’s Howard if you would think it would be wall because Howard had a better career
God, growing up in DC watching him play. He is my idol. I was about 13 i think when i saw him at game drop a career high 47 points on the grizzlies. It was mostly jumpshots and they said he couldn't shoot. I can't stop crying, we need to retire his jersey in the rafters. Thank you John Wall, you did so much for our city on and off the court. You are a LEGEND!
As a wizards fan I'll never forget this man and what he did for this team. Didn't win a championship but he was definitely one of the best point guards of our generation. This man is a legend and will not be forgotten in DC. Retire John Wall's jersey ASAP.
not trying to be mean but John Wall is kind of the only reason you guys were ever relevant. Not to be mean I have nothing but respect for you the wizards and everyone else.
#DCfamily John if u ever see this I want to let you know tht ur my favorite player n u was the first player I ever watched when it comes to basketball. Ima still be a Wizards fan but the Rockets gonna be my 2nd because it's hard to see u without a wizards jersey. I hope u can come back to the Wizards one day💯🙏🏼
We always criticize him for his bad contract but people forget that he put that money to good use, by helping others. Mad respect from a non-wizards fan.
You all need to retire and put up his number he deserves all the praise he gets you will go down as a hero John stay proud and i am still rooting for you even though you are not on the wizards we miss you all ready
I'm gonna miss this man so much. I hope he balls out in Houston. Regardless of what team he's on, he'll still be my number 1 favorite basketball player of all time. Go Wizards and go John Wall!
I like how it wasn't just a complete highlight reel but it showed what he did off the court and the impact he had off the court and in the community. Well deserved!
John wall from the bottom of my heart, Thank you for all you have done, i’ve been a washington fan all 14 years of my life, and the 86 yet to come, you have touched my heart, 🙏
Thank you John Wall, you did all you could in spite of doing work during the Grunfeld era. More importantly you made this city and community better. Good luck as you continue to get back on the court, hope you get back to All-Star level soon.
Wall is a team player and that’s exactly what Houston needs. I’m not even a wizards fan but it’s sad to see him go. But I think he’ll do great things in Houston for sure 👉🏻
John Wall makes me love basketball. He is the very first player I like in NBA and the reason I became a Wizards fan. I hope you come back to Wizards. I haven't see him play in person because I'm from Asia. I will go to D.C. if you came back.
