Considering Sal and how he sings I did not expect his normal speaking voice to be like...normal. When I saw them live when they opened for Coheed so many years ago he didn’t really say anything.
Agreed! His voice cuts through the mix beautifully. Plus you can understand everything he says. Thats pretty remarkable considering how much is going on instrumentally.
I absolutely love Coheed, they’re my favorite band ever. However, this is the tightest band I’ve heard in such a long time. Like a Coheed meets Chicago meets Tool. I can listen to these guys all day!
Incredible musicians with an unbelievable musical memory and rhythmical feeling. Congratulation. I know you since the release of “Stranger Heads Prevail“.
IEMs are definitely helping...they can actually hear each other. Compared to earlier concerts and the audiotree gig, Ben and especially Sal are much more in tune with the rest of the group.
One day,i listened a Protest the hero youtube playlist and came Carnival track.a revelation.since i follow them from France.best progressive rock band, ever 🤘🏻
My new fave band. I've been sick for 11 years but I gotta somehow go see them at the Nectar Lounge in Seattle! I gotta git someone to drive me up there from SWWA on 6/15...
So weird, my mate and I thought the singer sounded sooooo much like Claudio Sanchez, and only just found out from this video that they are signed to his label! 🤯
Damn, you guys are incredible! I love your albums and fell even more in love after watching this set. Thank you for creating such unique and interesting music 🙏👏❤
If coheed and cambria, the horn section from Mad Caddies, Buddy Rich on drums and Tobin Abasi were all fused together by the color from Color Out of Space, the result would be this band.
You guys turned up on a random play while I was out biking, I had to pull over to see who you were, now you’re on a loop. Hopefully I’ll get to see you live in England sometime.
My take on the Thank You Scientist spice rack... Tom Monda is Togarashi Spice Sal Marrano is Golden Spice Ben Karas is Stylish Spice Cody McCorry is Karmic Spice Joe Fadem is Smoked Spice (Paprika) Sam Greenfield is Woody Spice Joe Gullace is Brassy Spice
@@gregorysheridan2015 It happens, even the best of the best make mistakes they're still a great band. You don't need to comment the same thing over and over again.
@@gregorysheridan2015 Well that's life for you, people move on to different things especially with smaller bands like this one. How do you know that replacing members was their choice? I'm sure some of them just quit.
First exposure to them was on the coheed IKSOSE:III tour. Was super bummed to have to sit thru a band in never heard of and midway thru the 1st song i was hooked and became a fan. I showed others that were into coheed and said they are like them but at the same time not like them at all.
Such an amazing band! These guys deserve to be much bigger! Especially their drummer is so musical and creative in he's playing(Eventhough the drummer in this video is not their original).
