I love it! I worked with a French chef many years ago that cooked mainly with seasonal, locally sourced, produce. Pumpkin was a favorite! We made everything from pumpkin pasta to pumpkin creme brulee. Great video, Gaz! It brings back some fond memories.

This was one of my favorite videos until now!! Every video from Gaz's new home has been actually. I love them all!!! This one put a big big smile on my face during the whole episode. It's so enjoyable to watch sweet people that are with good people around them, just doing what they love and clearly being in a happy place 🌸 LOVE IT ! I made a pasta just like that last year on pumpkin season with some sunflowerseed-dried tomato pumpkin blend, topped with beautiful eatable white little flowers from the garden, and it was the most beautiful and best tasting pasta that I ever made 🌞 Inspired of this episode, gonna do it again, and also those cinnamon rolls ohhhhhhh I was looking so sadly at the huge pumpkin amount of the garden this year (didnt feeel like eating pumpkin AGAIN) but I've been inspired by the good energy of you guys!!!
