I adopted my cat Mae after a couple changed their mind about her. When I adopted her, she had the honor of being named after a very sweet lovely lady in our family, who adored kitty cats. The lady is gone now, but I tell Mae about her every day, and she starts to all snuggly and purrs just by listening to her description
