I have to say - I did this! EVERYONE loved it! I did six pounds worth of turkey breast, used Jack Daniels chicken and Weber's Roasted Chicken and Herb rubs and was done in 30-40 minutes! On average, the approximate 1" thick breasts reached temperature in no more than ten minutes (3 turns.) It was juicy, full of flavor and a definite hit! Thank you sooo much for sharing your expertise!

That looks great brother. I’ll try this another time. We like having turkey thighs throughout the year too. This year my mom is doing a ham and I will be deep frying a Turkey this Thanksgiving! Have a great holiday bro!!
