I remember loving this show as a kid and was actually invested in the Lore of the show which made me angry that they ended the show on a cliffhanger

Betrayus was the best part of the show. I watched it as an adult and he had me laughing almost every time.

Unpopular opinion: I enjoyed this when I was younger.

I love how "This...is a wrench!" and "It's a stone, Luigi!" Kind of have the same energy.

I remember watching all three seasons of this show on Netflix when I was a kid. "The Pac is Back" will be forever engraved in my mind.

The antagonist's ghost design is godly

Not gonna lie, they cut the show off right as the plot was actually about to get better. The whole "the parents might not ACTUALLY be dead" and the whole new romantic interest would've sparked the show if it had been done correctly.

You have to admit though, "Sir Cumpherence" is actually a genius name.

I don't care what anyone says, Pacman's Ghostly Adventures was the fucking best. I loved that shit

The show is actually a really good concept with voice acting that I really liked. My biggest issue was what the main ghosts were reduced to and the main villain was a really cool design but was just too cowardly. There is much more to say but i am not going to cus im lazy Also i love this show remembered things, like if a really obscure plotline happened 10 eps ago they would reference it, and it had a good sense of logic. I wish that other shows followed this.

Fun Fact: Sakurai has stated that when he added Pac-Man in Smash Bros he wanted to use the old Pac World design over the Ghostly Adventure one at all costs, even threatening Namco that he would have cut Pac-Man from the game if he couldn't use that design. He really wasn't a fan of GA either lol.

Dude I genuinely enjoyed this show, apart from where it gets pretty cringe of course. I really wanted to see how this show would’ve properly concluded it’s story. Just for the heck of it really, I sat down to watch PAC-MAN and his Ghostly adventures and for the most part I was pretty satisfied with what I got.

The show was actually decent later on when it wasn’t trying to use gross out humor...

For the most part, I thought the show was decent. Definitely could have gone without the gross-out stuff. I'm okay with the slime, though. And honestly, the main thing that kept me going was the subplot regarding Pac-Man's parents. I was actually interested in that part of the story.

I really liked this show at the time until I forgot about it and I remembered it.

man, this show was my everything back in the day !! of course, it had it’s cringey moments but it also hit at times. honestly, betrayus and pac are probably some of my favourite characters. their dynamic just hits different and i love how their pure rivalry is sometimes interrupted by a reluctancy to work together in certain situations. having enemies use eachother’s skills to escape just opens the opportunities for comedic punchlines and timing. also, the circle puns killed me when this show first released. haha president spheros as in sphere and and sir cumference as in circumference so funny !!1!!1 but seriously. i think this franchise has given me a love for retro items, especially games like the original pacman, just as sonic boom + the snapcube fandubs got me so deep into the sonic fandom that i don’t think i can resurface. it’s shows like this that get younger people to appreciate the older media if they didn’t already. speaking of which, if pac-man party was released after pmatga, some references to characters exclusive to this show would’ve been amazing. instead of characters made just for the game (woofa, roger, patra, etc) it would’ve been cool to have betrayus as a playable character- hell, even cili or spiral ! to be honest tho, patra is probably the best looking out of all of the custom characters there. not being biased, but as a history nerd, i love the subtle reference to cleopatra in not just the name but the setting + story in her area. i think it was also a cool choice for her model to look like the sphinx. gotta give em props for that one :]

Honestly I never cared too much about this series, but the first two episodes were still very good. The idea that the ghosts escaped from a portal in a maze is a great reference that literally anybody can get. And I like the idea that Pac-Gums are very limited in number nowadays, meaning that Pac Man can't just eat them carelessely, which could be a good way of giving him character development, as his careless attitude would be the first thing he would have to overcome in order to become the person that could save the world from the Ghosts. But all of that has been thrown away into the trash in the next episodes. I like Pinky's design though.
