That's actually true and the screenwrites actually did it on purpose. I remember Wilson's actor mentioning this in an interview that they timed the first time he passed out and added a second each time since

I know a little character froth for house usually he just lets him bang his head on the table or just watch as they crumble to the ground

He's his best friend and the one who's best able to tolerate and deal with him. Of course he's going to catch his head. He may be somewhat antisocial (a little sociopathic sometimes) but he's not a psychopath.

Hes caught a few heads after drugging people in this series lol i think he does it when he doesnt care if they know it was him.

I like to think that house doesn’t do this all the time, but there are sometimes he gives Wilson drinks that aren’t drugs just to see his reaction and then maybe Wilson you know let his guard down and then house drugs him. Think kind of Russian roulette

There was one time he was skeptical of the cup House was handing to him so he grabbed the other cup of coffee… House knew he would do this and dosed the cup not offered.
