Damn this took all day to upload and process, but it does feel good to have these series done. I'm sure gonna miss Debbie.....I mean the cast of wonderful characters. Jokes aside even tho this show was hell to edit for, but ya boy can wait for season 2. Now, what show should we do next? That was the best "coming up" scene I've ever seen

The train scene was the one and only time so far in the show where I legitimately had to pause the episode to comprehend what I was seeing.

So my headcanon has been that considering viltrumite life spans and the fact that he changed mainly after Mark got his powers and how he even said maybe things would be better if he never got his powers, I think he was planning on letting Deb and Mark both live a normal life and die of old age and his life with them would have just been a little detour from his purpose that was a fraction of his full life and once they were gone he could get down to business, but once it became clear that Mark would not age like a normal human and would not be dying of old age anytime soon (by viltrumite standards) he decided that this wasn't gonna be something he could shield them from or put off.

“This ain’t gonna be the one that catches me” I think that was Omnimans exact thoughts in that scene too

Omni man does love Mark even after what happened in this episode. All those beatings he gave Mark, seem brutal and cruel from a human perspective, but on Viltrum that type of savagery is commonplace and normal. From Omni man's perspective, the fact he allowed Mark to live, excuses all the horrible things he did, both physically and emotionally. Remember, Viltrumites view life as a privilege, not a right.

There is a really uncomfortably accurate comparison for how Omni man looks at humans and how we look at ants, we don’t really think twice about squishing a bug because what is such a smaller, weaker creature doing with their fragile little life anyway? If it died now or got picked up by a bird tomorrow what’s the difference? He looks at mark like he’s crazy because it’s like watching a human being be willing to die for an ant hill

Next show- Aege has to keep trucking through Korra season 2. He might have a better appreciation for the spirits then many of the other people. but season 3 was easily the best season.

My best interpretation of Nolans motivation for putting his plan into action is that if Mark has powers then he’s gonna eventually face consequences for what he’s doing

Finally! Idk which beatdown was worse, Nolan vs Mark or me vs the refresh button lol But yeah, great reaction as usual Aege. You pretty much nailed it; Mark isn’t invincible physically, but his will and heart is indomitable. And after a space nuke, robots, a kaiju, and a blood-lusted Immortal failed, that’s what ultimately stopped Omniman. Can’t wait for season 2. As for my vote, I’d say either Dragon Prince or Fate/Zero are fantastic choices. That or if you’re in the mood for a comedy, School Rumble is a great one on Hulu. My profile pic is from there :)

I am soooo excited for season 2! They did such a good job with build up and payoff that I can't wait to see what they do to build on that

Dude, loved your reaction and reflection - wise words! As a survivor of abuse by a parent, this story resonates at such a deep level - Where the person you look up to the most, the one who has the greatest power to build you up and shape you into the man you're meant to be, does just the opposite and unmakes you. It's heartbreaking to see Mark's world crumble around him but SO encouraging to see him stand by the goodness and humanity that Debbie taught him - think back to the convo he had with her earlier in the show. Just because Omni-man stops short of killing his son because he has a pang of conscience doesn't undo all of the harm he's done at every possible level to his son. And what makes it hurt the most as a survivor watching this is that I live in the final half of this episode, looking to my friends and those I love to help me move forward. But what makes this encouraging in the end, and why I want my friends to see this to better understand me, is how much my friends and loved ones mean to me - when the mountain beneath me broke, they were the ones to pick me back up and carry me forward. They help me find a future worth pursuing rather than being (understandably) trapped in the hell of the past, and THAT is where hope lies. Another book closed, LOVE seeing your reactions my man! This show has its problems, but the story around Omni-Man and the mystery all throughout the season is so well done. Plus those emotions in the last episode are so raw, it's impressive. As for what I'd like to see next, my DREAM pick would probably be Star Wars: The Clone Wars, no idea if you like Star Wars or have any interest though. Apparently a lot of people have been recommending Death Note, that's a GREAT show, plus its relatively short. Though honestly whatever you do next I'll be down for, your reactions and insight are amazing.

For the series you maybe wanna react to next. Aege, my man. You need to check out Fate/Zero one of these days. It was made in 2011 but the VISUALS ARE NUTTY. The story's really great too! It's basically an all out Historical Figure deathmatch starring heroes from various mythologies and history. It's hype! The animation though. Maaaaaan. I used to take it for granted, thinking all animes look like this but the use of CG and lighting there is damn near perfect. It's 2 seasons. 25 episodes in total.

Oban Star-Racers. Probably not many people will know or care about this show, since it was a French-Japanese animated television series from 2006. But it is very similar to Avatar: The Last Airbender in tone and overall style, as it is basically a western-made shonen anime. Though it lacks some of ATLA's sense of scope and phenomenal worldbuilding. Neither does it have a Toph or a Zuko, but that's a flaw shared by every other show in existance. I warmly recommend this show, whether you watch it on camera or in your own time. I don't think you'll regret it. ... Also, always a pleasure to watch another video. Thanks for the fun, the reactions, and for putting these together. And let's hope season two of Invincible comes soon. I've read rumours of as early as spring 2022, but we can only speculate. I'm very much looking forwards to it and to your reactions as well.

Next show? American: Gravity Falls. One of the greatest children's show I've ever seen. It's like X Files meets The Simpsons Anime: Code Geass. One of the greatest stories I've seen in anime with amazing animation and a thought provoking plot

About Nolan's age. From what he said and his side burns, he is at least older than Immortal, but probably several times older than Immortal would be my guess. It you think about it, about 20 years on earth and Mark broke Nolan's conditioning which was thousands of years in the making. We had people here on earth that let themselves be or conditioned themselves and never broke out of it, no matter what proof they saw that they were wrong. Of course there is the possibility that Nolan has always been lying about himself. Maybe some, most or even all Viltrumites do that.
