There is a strong argument that The Interview would never have been as big as it was if not for this hack. It's ironic. In trying to rid the world of the movie, he made it bigger than it ever would've been.
Disrupt has grown to become the Adult Swim of contemporary information. Memetics and informative takes in the most carefully formulated process. I love all of it.
Check out some Sam Hyde. Controversial humor but if you like that it's a huge plus. But he hands down has the best bumps I've ever seen. Especially in his show world peace that was on adult swim lol
@@DalerMehndisTurban i watched this at night in a dark room and it gave me chills and all my body hairs sticked up and felt like someone was watching me, ive never felt like this in a long time
So...nobody gonna mention that the video just ends with no conclusion randomly? Is there a part 2 or was this just an underhanded advertisement for your subscription service?
I'm convinced that the big investors and analysts are trying to scare us to keep us poor and ignorant to the market.. because its steady doing good after all the jobless and market crash talks
I really like your channel, the only thing I hate is the 500 comments I scrool down and saying the same thing as how your channel have gone up in quality (Not to say that it isn't) But what I mean is guys come on, the guy has a whole team working on edits and many other things, it is not like a single dude doing all the work, anyways keep it up man.
There are really good solo channels aswell, such a lemmino and nexpo(I'm pretty sure) but while their quality is good, they dont upload anywhere near as ofthe as disrupt
There are big-budget studios putting out youtube videos that aren't even close to capable of this level of production quality. Your videos leave me in awe of how you create these things.
@Morbius 🅥 thanks I was having a good day then I saw a notif thinking hey someone probably replied to my comment and now my day is ruined because of bots
Did they make Sony loose 35 milion dollars or 350 million? I'm asking this without watching the video, because there are 7 zeros in the title separated with commas incorrectly. It might seem stupid to even mention this, but it makes the title a bit confusing.
you know.. i really do believe disrupt deserves all the attention its getting from the production quality... howeveeerrr.. it would be lovely if people showed interest to the video itself, a disrupt comment section would be everything all over again as if its copy paste. dont get me wrong - i love disrupt, but i wish people talked about something other than the editing.
yeah I agree. the comment section has been pretty much exclusively praise for how amazing and high quality the content since forever really. It'd be cool if the comment section was actual discussion about the topic and genuine discourse, but thats pretty much impossible so long as everyone keeps being a drooling slob over the production value. edit: jeez this videos comments are especially plagued by this. Its hard to find a comment that isnt just praise.
Love this slightly different, more conversational feel to the videos that still retains the original amazing production quality. Awesome job on this video, it’s your best one yet :)
I remember when this happened and me and my friends got to still watch the movie on release day because the theaters already had copies of it! So we got a burned DVD with the interview on it!
Great video! I like the less dramatic and faster speaking in this one, it's a nice mix up. Maybe change the title from $35,000,0000 to $350,000,000, but a great video nonetheless!
wow! this one was particularly amazing! much faster and concise than your other videos, and all the jokes hit. I never leave comments on your videos in all the ones I've watched, but this one was good enough for me to take my tim to write one, godspeed!
i dream of the day that the comments will finally say something that happened in the video instead of just reposting the same thing about the quality and production
I love this format you do. I've been watching for a very long time now and I really enjoy the videos where you talk so casually like this. The serious videos are good too and depending on the topic, more appropriate, but for the more laid back videos like this, the casual commentary style is great. Keep it up u legend
I don’t understand how this can be the greatest channel on RU-vid. Like, I didn’t think it was allowed to just be the best like that. Aren’t there boundaries? Share the spotlight man, c’mon.
Disrupt is one of those youtubers that are entirely unique and has content that can't be found anywhere else He drew me in with the vr video but I have recently came back to watching him due to all the hacker stuff But quite frankly he could make a video about paint drying and I would still watch it Even the add was good
FOR ANYONE NEW TO THIS CHANNEL; This is just Just a quick dose of disrupt... is likely there's not much info on this topic and it was requested and I think he's just trying to give us a little bit more content in between his MASTERCLASS in usual videos so please check them out. HES A SUPERIOR PROGRAMMER. Custom assets I assume designed by him which ad actions of characters and places while he talks discussing and informing stopped over the media and some of the most unique content on youtube, usually discussing hacks and hackers throughout the last 30 to 40 years.
This is like MOVIE grade stuff. but not like a school movie project, no no no. Like Marvel movies or The New Top gun movie. GREAT STUFF Disrupt! Keep it up!
I LOVE the music used at the end. You guys have fantastic taste. Song name is 猫 シ Corp. - 割引 Internet Shopping Highly recommend the album it's from: OASYS 博物館
wrong, it's essentially removing the bootloader of the OS. in the case of windows, you can simply erase the fake MBR, then rebuild BCD and readd the bootloader. in short, MBR deletion != your data is lost
2:48 Lol gottem? I saw clips of The Interview, looks funny. Now I'm fully interested in watching the film because of this Thank you for the advertisement random N.Korean hacker! 😂
I love all these episodes. Idk how you make it super interesting, maybe with the carrot on a stick approach as well with the psychological side to many of your stories keeps people hooked, but we're hooked. Good job, Disrupt.
It's crazy how everyone is swooning over this video. It's like every other RU-vid "documentary", a dude reading a Wikipedia article with flashy Graphics. At least this guy admitted he rips off Wikipedia though.
this has to be the most off-beat shit on youtube and it’s so interesting and captivating, hats off to you guys at Disrupt really being enjoyable to watch
Good video, but Im really not a fan of this format. Although it feels more human and less artificial, it also feels severely rushed and not near as high quality as the previous works uploaded here. I dont mind not having a dual narrative though. Also this topic is kinda meh, it didnt even happen that long ago and Im sure most of us remember this happening. Not particularly interesting or unheard of.
wtf with this video that ended halfway? and wtf with those shills the video is boring, slow and incomplete, wtf so good about it that people talking about?
Really.. it just ends after *redacted*. Theres no conclusion or info about what Sony did about the hack, how it effected them and wether they paid the hackers the ransom or whatever else they might have done to resolve the issue. Just "their name was *redacted*" the end. Lol
Sure would be nice if the thumbnail was ever explained, or had anything at all to do with the video. Watched the whole damn thing assuming it would get tied together at the end, but it just abruptly ends. The worst kind of clickbait bullshit.
