5 egg yolks.
40 ml vegetable oil.
Baking tray 21*21 cm.
Bake in a preheated oven at 170°C for 35-40 minutes.
Let cool down.
Cut off the top layer.
Cut into 2 equal parts.
Filling:
30-40 g roasted hazelnuts.
250 g milk powder.
50g powdered sugar.
Stir until smooth.
250 g butter (at room temperature).
Stir the butter until it softens and lightens slightly (3-5 minutes).
250 ml milk (at room temperature!). Stir in little by little in small portions.
The milk should be the same temperature as the butter, if the milk is colder the butter will be thicker!
When the mixture is homogeneous, add the dry ingredients.
Vanilla extract 1/2 teaspoon.
Finally, fold in the chopped hazelnuts.
For the chocolate ganache:
80 g children's Shoko Bons sweets.
80 g chocolate (mine is 54%)
100ml 33-36% whipped cream.
Heat in the microwave or steam.
Stir until the mixture is smooth.
Assemble the cake.
Filling:
100-120 ml milk.
Place in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours.
Garnish with the remaining cream and halved Kinder Shoko Bons.
