In my case I kept this weapon and others, because they are unique and difficult to obtain, rampage and killclip with drop mag in this hand cannon is brutal love it.
The only sunset item I kept till final shape is a kindled orchid with drop mag, kill clip, and rampage. I just couldn't part ways with it and now I'm glad it's back.
@@Mo-gk9qb this is a buff for Prismatic hunters running stylish execution. If you use the fragment that severs targets on precision hits I think it allows it to apply sever on the 3rd crit meaning you turn invis on kill. It seems to be based on mag size with it activating in less shots the lower ur mag size. I haven't tested it, I think Cammycakes has a video testing it I just don't remember if he mentions this roll
They will. Look at the lore and base shaders on the brave weapons. Literally are black armory weapons and the ones that aren't are made with the same tech.
honestly they should make expansion categories in the legends tab and you can get formerly sunset weapons from like different missions you can access. for example, under the forsaken tab they could have the forges
i’ve held onto my outlaw rampage pve roll since season of the forge, i’ve been hoping that it would be able to come back. this thing was my main baby back then, i love it so much

When sunsetting happened I had like 40 plus. But that reduced down to 7 by the time Final Shape dropped. Good thing I know what value is and this is one the guns I chose to keep forever. I have this roll!
Only sunset weapon i kept. I love this gun. I wish it had frenzy instead of kill clip but idk if that even existed yet lol. Happy it’s back and rip to all the homies that deleted it 😭
I just hope Bungie brings back the full arsenal of Black Armory weapons. With new rolls, and an origin perk. Having Ada offer that, and new BA themed armor, would have players come back more often instead of just for shaders.
I still have that exact roll with the old drop mag perk too!! My roommate always made fun of me for keeping sunset weapons, now he just cry’s about it lolololol
Cleared my vault completely last season awesome :) so glad they sunset weapons we worked so hard for just to unsunset because they don’t know what they’ve been doing since activision
i have a surrounded rampage roll, but i never liked how this weapon felt, im way more happy for my old nation of beast with drop mag, ambitious and rampage, that and the duke mk44 with outlaw rampage, just solid
I kept all curated Forge weapons and ones with good rolls... this was one of them... also have an OG Blast Furnace with Feeding Frenzy Rampage..... I need to use these weapons again as their my favourites aesthetically
I wish I got into the game before I did. Seems like a lot of the older weapons were mega cool at the time. I know newer and better weapons have dropped but many of the old weapons look awesome.
You know, not only do I still have all the crafted Black Armory Weapons, like the Hammer Head, Ringing Nail and Blast Furnace (including the Super God roll Kindled Orchard with Drop Mag/Rampage & Kill Clip! 🤘😎) BUT I also have all of the Black Armory Foundry weapons. Like the Suros/Black Armory "Dead Man Walking" Sidearm, the Hakke/Black Armory "Show of Force" Sniper, the Suros/Black Armory "Galliard-42 XN7568" Auto Rifle and the Suros/Black Armory "Tango -45" Scout Rifle, to name a few. I did have the Hakke/BA "Acantha D XK8434 Heavy Grenade Launcher but after writing the OP, I can't find it in my Vault 🫣 I loved the Black Armory content. From the Weapons to lore to look, I love it and was always holding out hope we could use these again AND WE CAN NOW! Sure, they aren't holding a punch how they used to, but they are still fun. I recall Season of the Haunted started doing activities at "Fixed Power", which allowed you to use those Sunset Weapons during it. I had my HammerHead, 21% Delerious, Kindled Orchard and Breakneck on the whole time. I'm very glad I saved these. Oh and it has been very hard, I always have my stuff filled! From my vault to my character and Post Box usually filled. I love variety and using different weapons all the time.
Yup, got mine primed and ready. The saddest thing really is just that hunters chromatic subclass is so built for rebuff effects that I never take my incandescent hand cannons off now. Sorry kindled orchid ;-;
I kept my favorite sunset weapons for this exact reason. Luckily I was debating on dismantling it for the shader then coincidentally they announced Ada-1 new shader update. So his hand cannon absolutely chunks even in higher difficulty
The Black Armory Weapons are in my opinion, the best in the game. Glad I kept weapons like the Kindled Orchid , Blast Furnace(Curated) and Hammerhead(curated)
Why my vault remains at max. No chance I was ever going to delete this beauty. It’s a shame they removed the chance to make it truly glow- that junk was expensive
kept the roll as a private match goof off gun and would pull it out quite often in random games every now and then. now i just roll with it and get messages about it :D
This saddens me to no end bc going from Beyond Light to Witch Queen like most of my sunset weapons dissappeared and this roll was one of the guns that got deleted
I saved all my old stuff. All my friends shat on me for constantly being at *99 out of *00 with vault space. I'm the only one that didn't delete my stuff. I'm the only one running around with mine. I have multiple copies of the black armory weapons and red war and forsaken world drops. I'm the only one out of the group running around with these now. Feels good to not let myself get bullied into following the flock. I enjoyed these weapons in pvp and in deep stone crypt since it took bungie forever to update the light on that raid. I'm sad about breachlight. Farmed the crap out of sundial for a good double roll of a lightweight sidearm only for bungie to make them adaptive frames and now they are heavy burst frames. I wanted it BECAUSE it shot the way it did and it was lightweight frame.
My roll. The one i kept. Disruption Break. Shield Disorient. I did not understand what a Godroll was during forsaken, I only operated under aesthetic and once I got one single roll of a gun wanted I was done looking. I kept it because of just how bad it actually is and it still sits in my vault to taunt me
This guy does realize that the enclave is a real thing right.if you want those two perks on hand, can you get one that is shapeable but you gotta get the hand canon that can have both of those on it and then put it up and then put it on Both of them and it doesn’t have to be for that hand canon alone as long as the hand canon can have both of those perks then you can put them on. I don’t know where this guy is getting his information but he definitely needs a fat check a lot of this.
@_Neytir yeah, really hated that they did that. Should have given something like radiance to all shinies of the brave weapons instead of a glowing front ornament that we can't shader
I hate how they change their minds about sunsetting years after doing it and don’t even put in ways to grind our favorite weapons when they bring them back…
