Before we moved house late last year, Mrs Beard went shopping one day and came back with ten cans of Pringles. "Lets try and eat them all for a video" she said. "Lets not" I replied.
Now we're slowly working our way through any edible non-perishables we've got lying around, it seemed like a good idea. Well, not a good idea. But a better idea than it seemed last year.

In answer to general questions regarding current social restrictions and the impact this has on the channel, please see below:
Q: How are you going to keep making videos?
A: Things are going to be different for a little while for sure, but I think now more than ever it's important to try to put out videos that people enjoy. It's going to be an adjustment, but I've got plans and I'm confident I can still make some enjoyable stuff despite limitations on travel etc.
Q: How can you get food?
A: The way I see it, there's an opportunity to contribute to local restaurants that have moved to delivery-only services, in addition to limiting the necessity to shop for food in public. This isn't about scoring brownie points, but it does provide a useful and mutually beneficial solution to the problems posed by current necessary social restrictions.
Q: Isn't doing this right now distasteful?
A: Though I can see the reason for the question, I disagree. Given that I maintain both my bodyweight and health by eating in an extreme caloric deficit on the days of the week I'm not filming, I'm well versed in not eating more than I require over time. It's how I do what I do while remaining in good health. That said, of course I'm not going to walk into my local store and buy 16 loaves of bread. A common sense approach to creating videos is of course is the way to go, and if we all shop for conveniences responsibly, current supply chains are robust and equipped enough to deal with perfectly adequate food provisions.

ANSWERS TO COMMON QUESTIONS & ADDITIONAL INFO:
Q: How come you don’t get fat?
A: I eat like this for 1 hour of a 168 hour long week. In simple terms, I eat at caloric maintenance over the course of time, meaning I don’t gain weight.
Q: Don’t you worry about your health?
A: Not in particular. I’m active. I eat nutrient dense foods five days a week. And, I get quarterly bloods done, amongst other health checks.
