I agree with the reward for The New Hunters Guide. I've been hunting for a long time and your videos about bismuth shot shells were a big help to me when I decided to switch to bismuth shot for my small game hunting. I like that your videos are fairly fast paced and have useful information on many subjects related to hunting.

Great list and agree with your picks. Outdoor Limits, Dale, Surviving duck season, all fantastic. No shame in putting yourself on this list. Well deserved and agree 100%! As you mentioned in other comments, Ron Spomer and Backfire don’t fit into a particular category but are great channels. Someone mentioned Hoke Outdoors. His kayak fishing/goose hunting float trips look so fun! Wish i had a place to do that. While you didn’t have a category for it, since you do bowhunt and many of your subscribers do as well, for the best broadhead testing with some self-filmed hunts mixed in once in awhile, you can’t beat Lusk Archery Adventures.

Dale's advice is probably the biggest contributer to me tagging out solo on public land this past year- my very first season hunting turkey and first time in 10+ years ive hunted anything at all (used to hunt hogs and squirrel). Between my willingness to dedicate all my free time during the season, being willing to stay in swamps all day, and Dale's solid theory, i was able to get it done. Cannot wait for next season

I agree with your list as I watch most of those channels. Some I've never heard of. But some honorable mentions in my opinion would be: Hoke outdoors for waterfowl hunts. Backfire for rifle and equipment reviews. Ron spomer for historical facts, And last but not least WhoTeeWho for ammo testing!

Thank you. Im going to check out some more channels becuase of this. Im waterfowl centric so I agree with surviving duck season (the cooking vids changed my enjoyment a ton). I figure you "awarding" other channels makes them worth watching as much as surviving duck season. This might not fit a new hunters angle, but Ive gone down the reloading rabbit hole again as an adult. Reloading would be a good topic for hunters in later seasons.

I was really wondering who you would chose for the best duck hunting videos. I would agree with your award, I have watched a ton of Outdoor Limits. More than any other duck hunting channel. High Prairie Sportsman is right there with him in my mind. His shooting ability, hunting ethics (passing on longer shots and hens), and small solo setups are awesome. That whole flyways collective group is great.

Not bad I agree with most even putting yourself in there but BCO should’ve gotten an award or mention lol they pattern every choke and turkey, waterfowl load and test/review a ton of archery products as well as sights and other hunting gear.

Thanks! I put Jeff Sturgis in the bow hunting slot for me. Ron and backfire are great channels. When I built these particular categories I didn't see a natural fit for them but I have nothing but good things to say about both and they may win future categories.

I would say blue collar outdoors has done quite a bit more patter testing than you at this point. It’s a little less focused and analytical in the approach, but I think they’ve probably put more people on better combinations at this point. Second what others have said in shouting out desert dog outdoors as another good channel, although I prefer gunblue. Gunblue is sitting down for a chat with your knowledgeable grandpa, desert dog is like your rich shooting/hunting uncle who you sit on edge hoping he doesn’t get off on a political rant.
